Reaper walked out of the sanctum, in his human form, and looked around for a moment. Well...nothing yet. After standing there a moment, he sighed deeply and started walking. He really wasn't sure just what he was going to do now, but it really was better than being on that couch the whole time.

There was a winged figure laying on the ground. The figure was compleatly still. The black ring on it's right hand was glisling in the light. Easy prey for those that curious.

Reaper paused a moment once he noticed the figure and stared at it. Now what was this? A fallen hero...a villian they took down? Surely they wouldn't leave them out in the middle of the street if it was.
After a second, he pulled back to front of his coat to look under it. The skin melted away, revealing nothing but bones and a hollow shell. No heart. Good. After his little hunger bit, and his...new found emotions...he was afraid he was going back to human.
Satisfied that nothing completely unexpected was going to happen, the walked up to approach the figure.

"Cap isn't a teenager," the younger Spider-man responded as he started to lever himself up into a sitting position. He still sounded pretty groggy, though. "That's just silly. ... Sadly enough, you hit the Tony bit pretty much right on the head, though. ... Except for the never getting laid part. ... And the teenager part. But other than that!"

The figure didn't move. The ring was wqith in reach if only he would reach for it. Only the feathers were moving on the body. They were being blowen like leaves on a tree. Then tere was a small twich. It was only there for a second.

"Well," Danny began, taking breaks to lick his lips; he needed that water, "I took out this big creature that turned back into a scarecrow once it was defeated, but not a normal scarecrow. It was a costume. I gave it the Penance Stare. It's done now. Superman took out Apocalypse, I think, and the other creature kind of... spontaneusly combusted. Don't ask me how, I had nothing to do with that."

Reaper walked up and stared down at the man a moment. With all his powers, he really didn't have much to worry about. But still....something didn't sit quite right with this whole thing.
He took a step back and allowed a duplicate to emerge from his shadow. The real Reaper then took a few more steps back, while the other bent down for a closer inspection of the man...and the odd ring on his finger.

"Well, glad to see you're okay." Spider-man said dryly. "Are you absolutely sure you two aren't clones? Or Skrulls? 'Cause I really couldn't handle either one right now... I would seriously throw myself off this building... I'd catch myself with a web line, but I'd totally jump."

"God," Peter said lightly, "Do I whine this much? Damn... That means Fury has a point. If either of you," he added with mock severity, "Ever mentions that I said that, I'll totally break out this tape I have of JJ singing. Not bluffing." He'd gotten to his feet by that point, though he still looked pretty wobbly. Glancing at Mary Jane, he made sure that there were no limbs at odd angles or bruises in bad places. "...You okay?" He really wanted to hug her, but at the same time he was pretty sure that a hug would make him topple right back over. Plus... kind of awkward, considering his 35 year old self was standing right there. Actually.... really awkward.

"I'm fine..." Mary replied, consern still clear on her face. She was at a bit of a loss for what she could do. Her head was still spinning from everything...especially the older Spider-Man.

The head tilted to face the copy. It appeared natural, as if done by the wind. The eyes were blank and looking straght into the eyes of his victum. The mouth was gaped open and no breath was escaping.

The Reaper looked down at the man a moment, then moved to get a better look at the odd ring on his hand.

The ring started to glow. Then his hand shot up at the neck of the man.

Reflex kicked in and Reaper's own hand shot out to catch the arm. The other Reaper watched on. He had a feeling it was a little too odd.

The Crow turned his head and looked straght at the real Reaper. Then he pulled the fake closer and folded his wings around it and his body. You could hear bones snap. Then the wings flew back and there was a laughter that would send a chill down the spine of death herself. The copy was folded into the shape of a downward pointed trringle with five lines rising from its base.
