Lily saw Jess coming and moved over just far enough so Jess would miss by just inches. "Humm doubt it girl. Darius loves me, and I love him. If Liz can't change that I doubt you will." Lily said sending a hard blow right towards Jess's back. She knew it was a risky move because if Jess did get out of the way Lily would be stuck for moments with her hand in the mud. Which would give Jess an open shot....still she had to try.

Jess rolled over so she could get a look at her opponent, and unfortunatly catching a blow right in the stomache. She thrust her right arm into the air, knowing she would catch Lily because Lily would not be able to retract her hand in time to block it. "Oh please." she said getting up now. "Don't think I don't know who Liz is. I know who she is....and trust me when I say she is nothing compared to me."

Darius continued to walk around trying to find a way across. Soon he found a freshly fallen tree. It hadn't actually formed a bridge though, it needed some moving. Darius thought about that but he remember his telekenisis Darius began to focus his energy on the log.

Lily caught only a little bit of Jess's blow on her jaw as she turned pulling her hand up. Now they stood face to face in a fighting postion. Lily could only see out of one eye now, the other was already swollen and purple. Her mind was racing, how did she know Liz? If she knew Liz how come I don't know her? Her mind was on hyper drive as she began throwing punches over and over.

Jess blocked Lily's punches expertly, until she slipped a bit in the mud, sending her under the mud. She screamed as she went down but immidaitly closed her mouth went her face went under. She reached out her arms till she found Lily's feet. Then tugged as hard as she possibly could.

Lily stopped as Jess fell into the mud. Smirking she looked down at the spot where she'd dissapeared. If she didn't resurface in a few seconds Lily would go after her, sure she hated her guts, but she couldn't let her just di- suddenly Lily felt a very forceful tug on her ankles that sent her sailing under the mud. She fell deep untill she was completely covered. Lily knew better than to fight her under the mud. Being able to see your opponent was much smarter.

Jess smiled and resurfaced herself after successfully pulling Lily under. She got herself up somehow and rolled over into places where the mud wasn't as thick. Then she noticed it. "I broke a nail!" She yelled as she arose staring at her left ring finger nail, which indeed was broken.

Lily laughed and pointed at Jess, "Oh poor baby. I bet it took all day to do those too...." Still as she wiped mud away she realized her mascara was running also. Her eyes widened. Greeeeeeaaaatttt She thought scornfully as she rose to her feet looking at Jess, awaing her next move.

Darius soon had the log moved so it formed a small bridge over the gorge. Darius looked at it with a small smile. Now came the fun part. Darius walked closer to the log and then put a foot onto the log. Darius began to walk slowly across the log. He looked down at the mud which looked to be increadibly thick and deep. No one would really want to fall there. He smiled as he walked across to the other side of the gorge.

Jess smirked and sprung on Lily. Her hands became entwined with Lily's and since they were both about the same height their feet hit the same spot and they began rolling, like doing two-person summersaults through the mud, both of them yelling at eachother, but nothing of what they said was understandable to even themselves. Jess wondered howmuch longer this would go on, she was getting quite dizzy from all this tumbling through the mud.

Lily had tries to stop Jess's attack, but it failed and soon she found herself doing two-person summersaults through the mud, yelling sensless nonsense at Jess, who was doing the exact same to her. Lily was suprised that Jess had lasted as long as she had, Lily had seen Jess as a girly-girl. She was mistaken, Jess could scrap just as well as Lily.
Finally Lily was able to throw her weight and toss Jess off, sending them both face-first into the mud.

Darius was walking around a small area of the other side of the gorge just to see where they would go next. He soon found a small pool of water. It looked like a nice place to cool off and get a drink. Darius thought that he shoulg get ready to go back and tell the girls that he found a way to cross the gorge.

Jess got to her feet first. Panting she looked at Lily who had now made it back to her feet. She looked menacingly at Lily. "If you think I am going to quit, I'm not, I won't quit this fight, nor my wish to capture Darius's heart. So I will give you one chance right now, just back off him or I will make your life a living nightmare....."

Lily got to her feet only seconds after Jess did, she too was panting and staring at the the other girl. Lily laughed. "I have been through one too many nightmares for that stupid line to actually scare me." Lily said pulling her foot out of the mud and kicking it at Jess, sending mud along with it.

Darius had crossed the bridge and now was walking back in a brisk pace. A smile was on his face as he felt he had accomplished something. He wondered if Lily and Jessie were having a good time togeather. He couldn't wait to say that he found a way across.
