Yeah... Uh... Sorry I haven't been on. I'm totally and utterly addicted to Age of Conan. I've been spending all of my free time there. I'd like to say that its over... but it isn't. It probably won't be over for a while.
Anywho, My favorite animes... uh... It's gonna take me a while to put them in order...
1.) Vandread (one of the only animes on this list without copious amounts of blood flying around the screen) 2.) Berserk (the manga is 10 times better than the anime... and by better, I mean there are more guts flying in every imaginable direction) 3.) Claymore (I think the manga here is better too, but mainly because it keeps the story going... but also for the increased amount of blood everywhere) 4.) Guyver: Bioboosted Armor (because the Guyver is awesome) 5.) Trigun (I love Vash, he's funny, dramatic, has a shaded past, and is also awesome) 6.) Blue Gender (I was incredibly surprised at the complete lack of censoring Funimation did to the violence in this anime) 7.) Outlaw Star 8.) Bleach 9.) Full Metal Alchemist (Ed turns his arm into a katar. That gives him +15 to awesome) 10.) Afro Samurai (WHOOO! Samuel L. Jackson's voice in an anime! Also, blood.)

... I might like violence, just a little bit. But if you notice, the one on top has almost no violence at all in it. Outlaw Star has very little, too. If I could find a really good sci-fi one, I'd be really happy.
Animes I've seen that didn't make it on my top ten: Naruto (G** damned fillers) Death Note (was #11) Ragnarok the Animation (was #12) Melody of Oblivion Inuyasha (meh... It got repetitive and boring) DB/DBZ (haven't watched enough of them) Full Metal Panic Escaflowne (a little too much mecha) Hellsing (amount of deviation from manga pissed me off) Hellsing OVA (was much more awesome) Devil May Cry (awesome, but complete lack of any plot whatsoever) Zipang (got kind of boring, but the idea was good: Modern day Japanese carrier is transported through time back to World War 2) Galaxy Railways (I hate that anime. Trains in space... made me want to gag myself) Spiral (no interest) Genshiken (no interest) Sailor Moon (no interest whatsoever) Zatch Bell (never got in to it) One Piece (4kids butchered it. I need to find some original anime... and that requires pirating... which requires effort) Baki the Grappler (I liked this one) .hack series (Didn't get to see all of them. Liked the premise)
I need to check out: Yu Yu Hakusho Rurouni Kenshin Samurai X (bloody prequel to Kenshin) ... I guess Fruits Basket ... Slayers ... Cowboy Bebop ... more of DB/DBZ Ninja Scroll (incredibly violent, but awesome moves) Elfen Lied (distubingly violent) Violence Jack (incredibly disturbing) Devilman (... Disturbingly incredible?... also violent... and disturbing. Prequel to Violence Jack) Robotech (fricken' classic) The Gundam Series (even more classic) The unedited version of One Peice Grave of the Fireflies (Really, really sad. Two Japanese children trying to survive in WW2 Japan. Its supposed to be a phenomenal movie, guaranteed to make you cry)
... Anyway. Sorry to hit you all with a wall of text.

Wow! Y'all are really no help with my decision of who to vote for since Chuck Norris was added to the poll. I wonder what would have happened if Oprah was up there! Seems everyone is just as dismayed as I am with our actual choices. We should come up with our own nominations for a mock election. Who's the first nomination!?
Has anyone caught The Boondocks? I only caught one episode. I got to meet A Pimp Named Slickback.
Oh yeah, I wanted to mention that Shōnen Jump hsa really cool merchandise for Deathnote. If you're a fan, u probably will want to check it out.
And what? No one reads Mad anymore!? The latest issue is lots of fun, poking fun at this Summer's movies, Mtv Movie Awards and the Olympics.
*whispers* and feel free to drop by the Hangman game in activities and thow a letter out there

ok, everybody... my amount of online time is about to plummet.
Please don't leave me hanging... come help me finish this round of Hangman? Also, just because I may not be on at the same time as you, doesn't mean that I wouldn't love to hear from you! Feel free to drop me a pm or profile comment, and I will reply.
And one more thing? Don't go disappearing on us! I know everyone gets busy this time of year and Summer (Winter for our friends in the Southern Hemisphere) is our high tide, but do try to drop in for the occasional bump or random comment. And with all the hard work Marie-Cris has put herself up to, working on our Watu-house, it would be awesome to see us all help decorate by putting your two-sense in and donating housing items so that we can have get-togethers there!
