Deep in his thoughts, Itzel had his eyes closed. Yet when the humming of the old but very dear melody came drifting closer to the shop the elf started humming it himself before he relized it. It took a moment or two before he placed it and then his eyes snapped open. He stood and moved towards the door just as the humming got closer on the other side. He opened the door and looked down the path to see the source of the lullaby. With the light to his back he looked very much like his father, having inherited his silver hair and build.
At seeing the young elf lady coming toward the shop Itzel had to rub his eyes and blink to make sure he wasn't seeing things. Indeed the woman was the spitting image of his mother but much younger. It was then that he remembered his littlest sister who had been born right before their parents had passed on. In any case he watched her come closer wondering what would happen next.

Lindsey had no idea she was going to approach her oldest brother right there and then. Seeing the massively built elf standing there on the porch, she bravely and without a wit in her head walked up to the porch and just stood there. She was a brave one thats for sure, standing up to a rather giant of an male elf. "Itzcoatl?" she asked with an elvish accent, as her voice was rather hestiant. Her bright blue eyes shown her hestiatation right away as she tried to put up a brave front.

"My god it is you Lindsey." Itzel said as he was slowly getting over his shock. He wasn't sure if he should hug her or what. He did smile though. A broad smile of happy surprise. "Shia cali o tysti caesi?" He asked even as he moved to the side to let her enter the shop. "It's been a long time...too long."

Lindsey just smiled and nods at Itzcoatl. "Too long I agree," she murmured as she looked around warily before she walked in besides him. "I never expect to find you here. From hearing your description from Cousin Amanlien, I feel that I know you already," she murmured as she eyes the rather unique decorations of exotic blankets and bottles. "I left the island permanently. I hope you not to be like Cousin Amanlien and try to scare me with the brutal facts of scary monstes," she murmured, then rolled her eyes.

Itzel laughed at the mention of his cousin and his stories. "Amanlien does have a way of twisting the truth sometimes. No I will not scare you in any way if I can help it jhori moraes." He then closed the door behind him and looked at her again. "You look as though you are doing very well for yourself. But as I was asking before, what are you doing here? And why have you left home I wonder."
He then found a seat among Eloisa's pillows and offered a seat for Lindsey as well. "Come sit down and get comfortable while you can. I won't bite. Honest." He said with mirth in his eyes.
((I keep forgetting to write the trandslations XD I am so sorry.
Jhori moraes means little sister and in the post before last he asked what she was doing there.))

"The whole lot agrees wholeheartly dear Cousin Amanlien is a few nuts shy of a batch. He still thinks pigs can fly," Lindsey murmured as she sighs then accepted the seat from Itzel. "Ai vaerondraer thys tia vyr eir kes thys si col eil shalaer sai salaer. Eiraes si masi os si paer pandryl, Ai paelodaer tia maesolaer air's iaraerer eileistysi," she murmured softly. "Ai eis mor caesol syl thys si shes Ai kyr..."

"To be a guard of the king and princess at such a young age is quiet a feat." He said as he relaxed a little bit. "I am sorry I didn't see you while I was home. I had gone back to help fight the beast. Not that I did much good other then get hit by his tail and scorched a little." Itzel said in a rueful chuckle. "I healed very well here though and am at peace. At least in this shop I am."
He thought about that time and could almost remember seeing Lindsey in the far distance but he couldn't remember very well. "As soon as the battle was over with I returned here. As wonderful as home is, it is not the place for me. What are you going to be doing around here now that you are here?" An idea sparked in his mind but he would wait to mention it for the moment.

Lindsey nodded softly towards Itzel in a understanding manner. "I am travelling currently.. but I am looking for a place to stay for several days. I heard about your appearance at the island and followed just a few days ago," she said softly as she heard a rustle from the stairs. "You are not living here alone are you?" she murmured.

"No. No there are two others living here right now. Jenna helps with the house work and Eloisa Lynn is a fortune teller. A very good one at that." He then leaned forward a little and seemed in thought. "You know you are going to be an aunt soon."

"An aunt?" Lindsey looked puzzled at first, then she blinks looking around as she tries to think about that. "Youre expecting?!" she exclaimed wildly at her oldest brother. "Everyone said you be the last they expect to be shackled to another! Wait a minute.. shes a cestal?" she asked, her eyes went wide.

Itzel cringed some at her exclaimtions. "Yes, yes she is human. Please lower your voice she is resting." He sighed slightly. "When you have been gone from home as long as I have such an idea is not so outlandish." He glanced at the stairs to see if Eloisa had been roused by their talking. "Besides that 'everyone' who said that about me hasn't seen me in quiet some time." Itzel shifted his postion on the floor to be a bit closer to his sister.
"Listen Lindsey, I love Eloisa. She is a wonderful woman and she doesn't care what race I am. That is a hard thing to come by out here in the world. Now...I was thinking that maybe you could stay here and help Eloisa. If the fact that she is human bothers you though then I guess I will need to find another."

"Long she not a pirate, I have no problem," Lindsey said as she blinks, watching Itzel carefully, then she looked to the stairs then to Itzel. "Itzel, why you explaining to me? You don't need to explain yourself," she murmured as she blinks, taking a sudden change in her way of thinking.
The stairs creaked as Eloisa Lynn came down slowly, relying on the wall still to hold her up. She was wearing flowing red dress with an empire waist while her long two-toned hair was pulled back into a messy bun showing that she is well past waking up. "Someone down here with you Itzel?" she murmured, then reached the final step.
Lindsey blinks as she watched the fortune teller come down the stairs, h er eyes became wider with every step. When she at last saw the full figure, she felt that her eyes just popped out at the full-term looking belly.

"Eloisa." Itzel said as he stood up swiftly at embrace and help support his love. He then looked at his sister with a smile. "This is my littlest sister Lindsey. Seems she came to visit." It was indeed an interesting moment. One Itzel had not imagined even in his wildest dreams. "I was telling her she was going to be an aunt soon. Do you want to sit down my love?'

"I'm fine," Eloisa Lynn said as she looked in Lindsey's area, although not directly at her. "Very pleased to meet you Lindsey," she said quite pleasantly then followed her path around the u turn table and sat right in the ring where her crystal ball and bag of eye stones were located and crossed her legs. "You told her about the babies?" she asked, would've blinked if she hadn't sewn her eyes shut.
Lindsey's eyes seemed to be glued to the rather huge stomach, then looked up. "So you a fortune teller?" she asked, almost mockingly.
"What's what they call me," Eloisa Lynn said as she felt around. "You seen my blue bag?" she murmured to Itzel. "Please continue as if I'm not here," she said as she grabbed her black bag and dump eye stones in front of her.

Itzel moved her blue bag closer to her side before taking his seat again. "As I was saying Lindsey...I was wondering if you would be interested in helping Eloisa as a midwife? You said you were thinking about stay for a little bit and that way we can spend some more time together. I am not sure I would trust anyone from the village to help seeing as they...most of them don't think highly of us." He meant us in several ways. They didn't like Eloisa because she was a fortune teller and they didn't like Itzel, or Lindsey for that matter, because they were elves. "It would mean a lot to me Lindsey."
