Stryker nodded to Discord as she left and curled around the cubs, keeping them warm. He could tell it was a female who had called for his mate. Another member for the heram? The heram was growing so fast, so many new members were due to arrive soon.

Humming softly, Anaeli returned to the vicinity, after having distracted himself (missing all the commotion because he was chasing butterflies...) from the surroundings for a good while and sauntering away. A curious expression took over as he saw the curled Stryker, wondering what he was protecting, and the sight of the three nestled cubs made him coo excitedly. "Awww... they're so cute..." he said sheepishly to Stryker, smilling broadly.

Finally they arrived at the den, her mate in sight aswell as her two cubs. "Well sister, you wanted to know what I've been up to...this is what I've been up. Akane meet my mate Stryker and our son and daughter."

Akane's eyes narrowed in on Stryker, "Mate?" a low growl rumbled out as her ears flicked back. How much had she missed being in her own world of love?
"A niece and nephew..." She eyed the cubs slowly, she then looked back to her sister. "Keeping secerts eh?" she then looked back at Stryker "And you...Wooing my sister away, and not even meeting anyone else hmm? Tsk tsk..." Her tail snapped behind her, her paws burned into the den floor.

Stryker nodded to Anaeli. "Thank you." He told the cyan lion before quarking a brow at Akane. "Wooing?" He said chuckling. "My lady, there was no real wooing. I was claimed by Discord and I couldn't be happier. You must be Akane. It is an pleasure to meet you."

Anaeli watched them come intently, still smilling. However, he felt like he was interrupting... something by being there, so he gave Stryker and the ladies a small nod before slowly backing into the den, step by step, hoping his name wouldn't come around. That red lady was as scary as Discord...

Discord chuckled at this. "Oh come now sister. How was I to introduce him to you when you make yourself so hard to find? You were going to be the first I told. I still need to tell mother. Father knows aswell. Only the earth knows when he will show himself. But enough about us. More importantly, what have you been up to? Or rather who has been courting my dear sister?"
She had finally caught the scent of another, though it seemed familiar.

Akane's eyes shifted to the bright male backing out, it seemed he was a smart one. "Akane I am, though flattery will not gain you my favor." Her tail snapped out behind her.
"Though, it seems..Nothing is going to change this...So, hmm.." She turned to her sister. "Anything else I was left out on?" she kinda felt like she was being a bit, cruel about this, as she wasnt telling her sister of her own mate.

"As I have been told." he replied to Akane before shifting his attention to the two scwabling cubs. Seems like nap time was over. Stryker gently seperated the two.

Gaara kept his presence as far as possible while Discord had given birth to the cubs. It had seemed painful, and he did not want to see her in any kind of pain. Yet, he knew somehow that everything would be alright. But even then, he did not stir, even as her Sister came for a visit. He was wrapped up in his memories again, and his eyes were glazed over. Aito had left again for some reason, and Yuki wasn't cringing...but..

Akane's eyes moved over Gaara, her tail flicked once more, the snap of it sounded like a flame flicking to life, her attention moved back to her sister. " Sounds like an interesting plan to me, I'd love to stay. I might be easier to reach now.." She laughed and shook her head.
"Im sure, Keris will like it here...if not..heh." She laughed darkly, her eyes dancing.

A roar echoed over the lands at this point as Keris sat at one edge of the pride's boundaries, having followed Akane's trail to that point. He was concerned, wondering why she'd gone off leaving him to awaken alone in the dawn's light...sure, he was not her keeper, nor did she need his protection, but she was his mate and he was worried about her. Thankfully, she'd left a pretty clear trail to follow and so he had till he realized it was about to cross into a pride's borders.
Pacing back and forth along the edge, he'd finally realized it was her sister's pride, Discord's scent much like Akane's and one he remembered from when they first met. He wondered, briefly, if she (Discord) would be happy that her sister had chosen to share her life with him, before finding himself reminded that he was still missing his mate. Perhaps Discord would know where Akane went if she was no longer here... Out of respect for his new sister-in-law, he wouldn't intrude upon her pride borders to find out for himself.

"It seems your lover has come to find you dear sister. I shall go to greet him. It will give you time to interogate Stryker...just try not to mar his beautiful coat. Thats my job." She snickered before leaving the den and heading out to where she heard that familiar roar. Where had she heard it? Continuing on, with a regal stride she had finally come to her borders and spied who had been waiting there. The demon that she had met some time ago. What was his name....Keris?
"So I see it is you, whom my sister has claimed as her own. Not too shaby. I take it your looking for her?"

Keris stood up as he finally saw the approach of the Queen with whom he'd wished to speak, and though a bit of disappointment showed on his face that Akane was not accompanying her. Bowing to her in deepest respect, not because of what he knew she was capable of, but because she was family to him now and family deserved such, he couldn't help chuckle a little at her greeting. He was, after all, claimed by her and none other, she held his dark heart in the palm of her paw. "Dear Lady Discord, it is a pleasure of see you once more, and I hope in much better circumstances than the first time we met. To get to the point of the matter, it is she whom I am seeking. I have followed her trail to this point, and though I know she needs no one to protect her from any harm as she can take care of herself with or without me, she is my love and my life and though one might claim I am little more than a dog to follow on her heels like this, then such will I be called for none will stay me from being by her side come good times and bad. My only wish is to learn if she is still here or not any longer, and if she is I ask permission to enter your pride. If she is not, then I only ask to know in which direction I must go to find her, and I will keep you from more important matters I'm sure you must have as Queen no longer."
