"We didn't have any place like this back home.... we just had normal woods.... just trees, and that's about it..." Isabella said as she continued to walk, still taking in the surroundings.

Erordia glanced at her then stepped over a pertruding root from an old tree. "Back home? Where are you from?"

"Just a small town... kinda out in the middle of nowhere...." She stepped over that same tree root as she continued to follow Erordia.

"Ah." She nodded and kept walking until they came to the small stream. She'd always found it peaceful to listen to the running water. Finding a good spot to sit, Erordia dropped down and stretched out her legs.

Isabella took a seat on the ground beside Erordia "Is it a lot like where you're from down here...?" she asked, leaning back on her hands some.

Erordia's peridot eyes glanced around, stopping on the stream infront of them. "The Underdark is more like giant caverns, one for each city. Stone mansions and stuch. Faerie fire to light up some things...but normally pitch black. When I left, I came into a forest simular to this one. Even thought it had been night, it was still pretty bright."

"It sounds like an intreasting place... but I'd be blind as a bat down there... I can't see worth anything in the dark.." Isabella said with a laugh.

Erordia smiled, shifting to lean back on her arms as well. "It is pretty interesting and would be a nice place to live if drow weren't so grouchy and power hungry. When I left, my family was in the third rank. No clue if they've gone up or down since."

"I don't mind." Erordia tapped at her chin for a moment to think. "Blood related, maybe five. As a whole, I'm not sure. Drow came and went, my mother having different lovers every now and then."

"I always wondered what it'd be like to have lots of siblings..." Isabella said, pushing her hair behind her ears "and really I might have lots that I don't know about.... but I doubt I'll ever know...." she shrugged slightly.

Erordia laughed lightly. "You can have mine...but I'll warn you, they're all mean." She shook her head some. "If you were drow, they might like you since you're already female. Guys aren't treated so well." She thought back, wondering what her family was up to. Her sisters were probably high priestesses by now and her brothers were probably being bossed and kicked around.

"I'm sure I'd probably regret wishing for siblings if I really had them... but I think anyone that grew up an only child wishes for brothers and sisters at some point..."

Erordia glanced back to the stream, kind of understanding what she meant. After leaving, she'd concidered herself family-less which had often been lonely until she moved here. Her friends were her family now. "Well...friends could count as family, sorta. It's how I see mine."

"true... I always did think of Lena more as my little sister than my friend...." Isabella nodded "and Michael always was more like a brother... I guess that's probably why we didn't work out to well together..." she let out a laugh.
