Thom's eyes were closed; he seemed to neither regard nor care about the people passing by. His entire focus was on his instrument.
Maeve, however, winked and tipped an imaginary top hat to the women, continuing her song.

Soy smiled, continuing to linger, before her eyes unfocused for a few seconds.
"So do you have what it takes to be an entertainer?" the man eyed her from behind the counter. The young woman smiled, and quickly leaned back onto her hands, letting her back remain arched for a second, before she lifted her feet up into the air, doing a handstand. The finally she manuvered a flip in mid air, landing flat on her feet. She beamed at the bewildered look on his face, before he quickly recovered. "How old are you?" he asked. This caught Soy offguard, but the woman stiffened. "Sixteen," she answered, not faultering. He frowned, "Too young, I'm afraid. Go home, kid." "Please," she quickly came back up to him, approaching the same way just a few minutes ago. "I need this job. It's the only thing I'm good at..." "You don't want this gig, it's not safe." "I can take care of myself," Soy replied stubbornly, blue eyes hardening, before they softened again. "Please, you're the only one that can help me take care of my brother." "How old is he?" "He's going to be eleven soon," she had to think on this for a long moment, for Gohan did not know his exact birthday, but was aware of his age. She wasn't aware of hers either, but guessed. "Where are your parents?" This question left a hint of bitterness inside of Soy, for she didn't know her past, and neither did Gohan, so she answered with what she felt was the truth. "Killed." That was all she had to say. Pitiness came into his eyes. "I'm going out on a limb for you, but if I even see a hint of trouble or danger coming from you, you're out of here, understand?" he held out his and she quickly gripped it. "Thank you. I do have one thing to tell you though..." she gave a faint smile. "And that is?" "Random siezures..." she saw him frown. "I...It's not epilepsy, but I promise you they're under control, and very rare." "I'll keep that in mind." "Thank you," she smiled again.
Soy shook her head, the memory going away, but she felt the growing spasm in her left arm, where her white band was. She bit her lower lip, trying to gain control of the shaking, before turning and walking away. It was not right to think of such old memories. She was not a victim of such episodes, not anymore, she was healed. The yoki made sure of it. Then why was she slipping?

Ashuri laughed, uncurling her tail and waving it around. "And do most people on Earth have tails?" she asked in all honesty. "No, my cousin's wife has cooks. She is Bulma, her father owns Capsule Corp. But don't go hoping for a trip into outer space just yet. Po-ar, while he lives on another planet, can create portals remember? That's how he travels here, via portal. He should be waiting for me at Bulma-chan's. If you two would just grab a hand." she offered both of her hands to them, "Then I'll fly you there myself."

Flying was considered unnatural to elves even though she lived in a world of saiya-jins like Ashuri and Soy. However, the notion of herself flying has never occurred and would never have occurred if not for this new helping friend of hers. Trusting to luck, Lythia took one of Ashuri's free hands, slightly wavery, but nonetheless ready for the journey to the new planet. "Will this be a long flight? I mean, we ARE heading to another planet." She commented.

Ashuri looked at the Elf as if she were mad. "Did I not just explain this?" she asked in all honesty. "Po-ar travels from world to world using portals. I can't create portals. Since Po-ar is supposed to be on earth, and no doubt waiting at Capsule Corp for me, all we have to do is fly to the other side of town."

((hahah I'm as dumb as my thumb!))
Lythia let out a long look of understanding as the complex truth of this journey dawned on her, and to think she actually had the inclination of thinking they would be flying to another planet - she felt foolish already. "My apologies to this misconception, but truth is that I'm not familiar with this business of portals and flying, to us elves, they're like myths - things we understand but can never take action to."

Ashuri nodded, "It's alright. I may not have pointy ears, but the original ancestors of the Tarnb-jin were Elven in origin. I have Elf blood in me, though most of the time my Saiya-jin side decides to take over." Instead of waiting however, Ashuri grabbed Leif's hand as well. "Ikkudo!" she shouted before her ki gathered and all three were airborne and on their way to Capsule Corp.

Leif was too bust entertaining how much Maeve would have a field day if she discovered someone with a tail to respond. However, being jerked through the air, flying through the air brought him back to Earth (figurativly speaking). Flying wasn't Leif's favorite thing in the world to begin with, but airborne with absoultly no support than the claimed part-elfin woman's hand he was holding did not sit well with him.

Soy rushed away from the small gathering of people around the two twins, the woman quickly turning into what appeared to be an alley. She kept walking until the cramps had spread down to the upper part of her thighs, and by then, she could no longer hold herself up. She slid down against a dumpster, dropping her bags next to her body. She was shaking all over, and Soy tried to focus on her hands. This was her first episode since she arrived, and she was all alone in coping with it. She had done so in the past, but she no longer had the comfort or hope that the others would help her. Gohan could ease her mind with his powers...Ryoun just held her and other times it only took one gaze into his bright eyes. But she was alone.
"So what's your power?" Serge asked quietly, the four Saiya-jins gathered around a campfire in the desert. They had been seperated for a few days now, and it was only until a few hours ago that they were reunited. No one had really dared to speak, all shook up with their newfound powers. Gohan seemed the worst off, curled up into a tight ball next to Soy, rocking back and forth as his lips move silently, his black eyes on the blaze in front of him. The woman tried to ease the boy as best as she could, but every time she moved to touch or carass him, he would shrink back as if in pain. As if burned by her touch. One by one each of them talked about their powers. Serge first, since he seemed the most ecstatic about it. Ryoun was solemn, his powers controllable, and even rivaling that of the blue haired Saiya-jin. They were the strongest. Gohan refused to say anything, maybe some incoherent mumbling, but their attention was finally on Soy. She gazed back, her face blank. "Well?" Serge was growing impatient. The woman frowned, bending downand picking up a jagged rock, the only thing abundant in this wasteland. They watched her closely as she stared at it, then without warning, she took the sharp end and slashes as hard as she could across her wrist, not even flinching. Alarmed, both men jumped to their feet, but watched in sheer amazement as the bleeding was almost staunched the next second, and in less than a minute the wound closed. "I found out when I came to...I had a broken leg and a gash on my arm," she explained quietly, looking to Gohan, who hadn't stirred. "Healed within an hour...I think my power is multiplying as time passes, just as yours are." Ryoun stared at her, and she thought for almost the first time, publicly, he revealed concern for her safe being. But she kept her gaze wandering, looking back at the fire. But then suddenly, her eyes widened as a sharp pain ran along her arm, the same one she had cut. She clutched her head, dropping back down into a sitting position, temors taking over her body. And just like that, she resembled Gohan for a day or so.
It was the worst she had of her siezures, but the woman later found out her powers were literally restoring what was taken from the Saiya-jin. Her neural damage was healed, and her body enhanced, maybe the only reason she managed to ascend afterwards. But even so, these episodes wouldn't go away. And it took a long time for Soy to calm down.

Ashuri laughed, "I've never had passangers before." he smiled, looking down at Leif and Lythia. "Well, maybe my daughter a few times, but don't tell my husband about that, k?" Her smile was contagious, but even so, she decided to put on a show for her two passengers. Without so much as a blink, her ki flared, turning golden. Her tail whipped out behind her, acting almost like a rudder. Her brown hair stood on end, now golden and glowing. Her hazel eyes, a shiny shade of aqua marine. "Let's go a bit faster." she said, glancing down at the two before kicking her ki into overdrive. She was a Super Saiya-jin after all...

Of course, Leif had barely adjusted to the sensation of this particualar type of flying when Ashuri decided to show off. Oh dear Lord, Leif though, grabbing her hand as tightly as he could. Leif had never seen a Saiya-jin, super or no. In fact he still had no idea what this woman was, besides her claimed elfin heritage. To distract himself and hopefully slow the woman down, Leif asked her, "So do you think this cousin of yours can help me find Maeve and Thom?"

Ashuri thought about that for a moment, but did not slow down in the least. "To tell you the truth, I don't know... He can certainly help, and I've got a few friends who might lend their aid as well."

Leif nodded, it was surely more than he ever expected..or hoped for, "I thank you then, for whatever assitance you can lend me." ----------------------
Maeve had noticed teh woman's strange behavior. After their current song finished, she stepped on her brothers foot to get his attention to open his eyes. She flashed sign language at him quickly, indicating where she was going. Thom sighed as his sister ran off- she was always so charitable to any stranger on the street. For all they knew, it could have been something as stupid as a drinking promblme. Still...
The boy began to play a complex and lively solo on his fiddle. His eyes were open this time, watchign every string with a curious intensisty as he worked the instrument in a dizzzing display.
Meanwhile..Maeve followed the generous woman.
"Are you alright?" she asked when she had finally cought up to her.

Ashuri smiled, "Think nothing of it." Her eyes took on a faraway look. "Ever since I came to earth, I have learned more and more about generosity. Where I lived... in my world... there was only survival, and pleasing those more powerful than yourself." she shook her head, smiling as she looked down at Leif. "No, I intend to help anyone I can. I want the kindness shown to me by Bulma-chan and, while perhaps not my cousin, but the rest of her friends as well. I want that kindness to be shown to those I meet in my own travels."

Slowly Wudandre shifted from the wall head shaking slightly and freeing the cowl to her shoulders, long blood red locks falling free to frame her face, she was a very pretty young girl but everyone moved away from her ... could sence that there was something evil within this calm looking young woman. The cambion didn't care if they stayed close to her or not, at least no one was hunting her here ... at least no one had tried to kill her as of yet.
