As Kody locked it in Matt manages to turn around and goes for a pin while still being in the hold

(durr... I know that. I'm trying to make it so you tap but you pin me at the same time. But, the ref doesn't see you tap because he is busy watching my shoulders. xd )

As Matt hand came down to tap, so did the ref hand come down for the three count.
The ref singal for the bell
Kody lets go of the hold and stands and waits for the ref to raise his hand. But the ref goes down to one knee and raised Matt's hand as the winner.
The announcer "The winner of this spar is matt from pin fall at 5:50."
Kody can't believe he lost to this dude and complains that Matt tapped out.

As Matt said that, Kodiak angry just got better him. Kody tries to tackle him down to the mat. If its worked, kody would try to land hard elbows(UFC style) to the face of matt.
