Michelle was in her room, her face still in her pillow. She couldn't let anyone see she was upset. But she had been with Jeremy for almost a year. Their anniversary would have been yesterday. He was her first kiss, and her longest relationship. Michelle was good at holding things in though, she could do it, couldn't she? Michelle cried as hard as humanly possible, so she could get it together quickly and go on like nothing happened. No matter how painful to her it was.

Michelle looked to the door and quickly tried to get it together. Michelle stopped crying and she hid her face with her pillow so he couldn't see she was crying. "Come in!" Michelle said flatly.
