The plump witch pushed up her glasses that little Nariko was trying to pull down. His introduction and his almost sour dispostion honestly did not surprise her, a somewhat cautious motion was what she made as she made her way into room. She looked about, her eyes adjusting quickly to dim light of the room.
Garreth entered, minding his tail hoping he didn't knock anything over.
Nariko blinked, pointing towards Bergerac, who was sitting snugly in her crib. "Boo."
Aphrodite made another face. "Silly baby you can't go an' say boo to everyone."
"Boo?"
Aphrodite just sighed shaking her head, her tiny hand to her forhead.
"Thank you..." Catherine looked about, taking in the decor. Her eyes caught the tapestry. "Beautiful craftsman ship... I mean.. the spell work and the tapestry."

"Boo?" Bergerac replied curiously, tilting her head to the side. "Boo..." The word seemed to interest her, for a thoughtful look crossed her aged-looking face as she repeated it. "Bah?"
Varlen arched an eyebrow at the baby's vocalization attempts and frowned almost irritably at Catherine's cautious motions. "I'm not going to stab you while your back is turned, if that's what's bothering you." Honestly! People and their paranoia. It had long since stopped insulting the drow, but that didn't mean it stopped irritating him.
He seemed mildly surprised at the compliment, though. He gave a slow blink, followed by a small shrug. "It's nothing special. Just a portal set up in a way so Bergerac won't fall through on accident. It just shows what's on the other side in the form of a tapestry..."

Catherine shook her head quickly. "I didn't mean to give you any offense." She sighed. "I'm afriad I might bump into something." She frowned, her large posterier was the blame of her actions.
Aphrodite giggled sweetly. "Mama's got a big butt."
Catherine's face reddened.
Garreth looked about, making his way over towards the crib. Smiling at the baby, he balanced on his hand legs, leaning gently on the side. "Hi."
Nariko wiggled, trying to get out of Catherine's arms, wanting to see the new face. "Booooooo.. plaa sis.. squee."
Catherine blinked, at the tapestry response. "Ah, but it's still done really well. I mean it."
"Mama can do magi." Aphrodite proclaim. "Though she puts me in a bubble when I'm being bad... Nari stop being a butt." She wiggled her tiny hand towards the baby in her mother's arms. "Wait and see if mama can put you down you silly baby."

Varlen shrugged, crossing the room to take Bergerac out of the crib to set her down on the ground. "If you knock something down, I'll just pick it up. Simple. There's nothing that can easy be broken in here, Madame."
Bergerac blinked slowly at Garreth, squinting before she let out a small burble of delight, one small hand reaching out to poke Garreth's nose curiously. When Varlen picked her up she let out a small "Yii!" of protest, but once she saw she was on the ground, she began to poke curiously at the dragons tail. Garreth's size seemed to impress her.... or at least interest her.
Again with the compliments. Such things were rare to Varlen, so he merely shrugged them off, though the drow couldn't help but be mildly pleased with the compliments. "Thank you..."

He giggled sweetly at the tiny pokes- "Hehee.. That tickles." A shade of pink flushed across his green cheeks with the sudden attention. Turning his head to her he merely smiled rather happily.
Nariko complained. No fair! Garreth's getting to see the new person! She wiggled with all her little might, her ice amulet in her mouth. "Baaababbaaaaaa..." She burbled and the "Oo"ed as soon as she was sat down next to Bergerac. Suckling on her amulet, she poked Bergerac's shoulder genlty. "bububububu"
Aphrodite was placed gently infront of Bergerac, with her two percious toys. "Hi." She waved up at the baby. "This is Al." She held up a small grey plushie, that was her exact size. She gently pt down Al, and picked up a blonde plushie that was the same size as Al. "His name is Ed... they're brudders and my friends."
"I can't hear then, but Aff-dite says they do." Garreth shrugged. "I believe she does."
"It's no problem." She kept her pleasant smile, which in all aspects seemed rather genuine. "The tapestry sort of reminds me of my great uncle Rupert." Bring her hand to her chin, she thought a little harder. "Which I'm not sure it's a good thing or a bad thing... good thing was that he is nice to me and a bad thing is that he's called ' the heartless wizard of the great northern moutains.'" Catherine shrugged and then smiled a bit at the children, sercretly hoping she didn't overwhelm little Bergerac.

Bergerac did indeed seem a little overwhelmed by all the attention, but her pleasure at recieving so much attention seemed to outweigh it. She curiously poked Nariko in return, gurgling curiously. But her attention fazed quickly over to Aphrodite's two toys. "Alllll..."
What seemed to be a ghost of a smile flickered across Varlen's face before he brushed a few loose strands of his long silvery hair out of his eyes. "Huh. A good title if you hope to avoid keeping company. Ah well. I've gone by worse before..."

Aphrodite smiled up at Bergerac. "Smart baby!" She cooed. "He's my favors, bestest fend!" She held him up for her to see better. She then blinked, realizing how short she was compared to Ber. Flying up so she could see.
Nariko blinked, looking at Al. Shrugging she picked up Ed instead, placing him in her lap. "Ehh sisiss.. bloo" she babbled quietly, petting the tiny plush's head. Then leaning back on Garreth.
Garreth blinked looking at them, curling around them. He laid his head on the ground ontop of his draconic hands smiling while watching them play.
Catherine laughed quietly. "Well he was known for placing the head of his enemies on pikes. " She said softly, out of the earshot of the children. "... By worse?" She seemed to be curious but she then decided to back off, already seeing that he wasn't very interested in talking about himself, or at least his past. instead she decided to change the subject. "How are you fairing? Is she your first?"

Bergerac fell quiet, staring at Aphrodite as she flew, an intensely interested look coming across her aged face. She hadn't noticed Aphrodite flying before, and this odd new development seemed to intensely interest Bergerac. "Fai!" she cried out.
Varlen shrugged. "She is, though I believe I'm doing well enough with her. Though my fiancee knows more than enough about children, so I can ask her if anything comes up. She has a few of her own, though she's busy with twins so I have to take care of Bergerac alone..." He sighed. "However, I must admit that this sort of thing is... quite unfamiliar with me..."

"No silly." The wasp mishap giggled. "Al." She corrected and then smiled. "He likes kitties." Her cheeks turned a light shade of pink.
Garreth blinked a bit, he looked up at Bergerac and then at Aphrodite. "I think she means you."
"Oh? .. Fai?" She blinked, hoving in mid air, hugging Alphonse tightly.
Nariko blew a msall spit bubble, crawling over Garreth's tail and over to where Catherine stood. "Boo."
Catherine blinked looking down, smiling she knelt to pick up Nariko. Cradling her in her arms, she kissed the ice maiden's nose. "Parenting... is something that comes naturally. It'll come to you don't worry. If you need help I can baby sit or give you pointers."

"Fai," Bergerac responded firmly with a nod. As if to emphasize the word, she flapped her arms as if they were wings. "Fai!"
"I believe Bergerac is trying to say 'fly,'" Varlen pointed out, his gaze sliding over momentarily to the baby, who responded with a happy cry. That said, he shifted his crimson gaze back on the woman. He gave a small nod of assent, as if accepting her offer. "I'll be sure to keep that in mind. Thank you."

Aphrodite blinked, a smile on her face as she flew around Bergerac's head. Then landing lighlty in her lap. "See I fly for you!" she pointed up at the aged-face baby.
Garreth blinked a bit. He shrugged looking around at the room, it was dimly litted, but it was nice, at least for his eyes. His body made for the forest, but alas he has never seen one.
Nariko blinked up at her mother, clapping happily. "Baaaaabaa!"
"No problem." She flashed a small grin and then turned to the baby in her arm.
"Baba" The ice maiden whined and then yawned.
Catherine sighed, cradlign the baby in her arms. "Guys I think it's time to go, it's nap time for Nari and you two have lessons with Bax."
The two children groaned, the larger of the two got up. "Come on, mama says we gots to go."
Aphrodite pouted, with on arm she held Alphonse's hand, she hovered towards Ed. She stopped, looking at her 3 inch tall Edward. Blinking she turned to Bergerac. "Ed says he wants to stay with you." She said quietly. "He says he was to protects you like Al protects me." She Smiled picking Edward from off the floor and giving him to Bergerac. "He's alk-em-ish." She said in a matter of fact tone.
"It's pronounced Al-kem-ist." Catherine said sweetly, honestly surprised that Aphrodite was willing to give one of her prized possessions to someone.
Ahrodite blinked and then nodded. "He's berry powerfuls, good friend, buh dun call him littles he'll get mad." she giggled, flying towards Bergerac givign her a hug, well... as close as you could to one. "Bye bye!"
..And with that the large family left, saying their goodbyes, walking their way back down the hall and into the tiniest mishap's room.  [ You can direct link to it if you like ^.^ ]

--The fountain--
JIzzy sat at the side of the fountain, warm. There was a lake outside, but Jizzy couldn't stand the cold weather. SHe leaned back cheerfully, looking up at the ceiling. What a nice day.
Deimos was leaning by the fountain wall, a headphone in his ear. He bopped his head to the music, smiling at his brother on his lap.
Talqualyn was laying on Deimos lap, the other headphone in his ear. THis was pretty sounds. They came from this little thing, but there were so big and pretty. Tal smiled up at his mother and his brother rather cheerfully.

Tori shuffled slowly into the area, his ears flicking back and forth with the mixture of sounds. He had always loved the sound of running water, so he especially liked fountains. The tall man looked up toward the fountain and smiled broadly; Jizzy, a friend whom he hadn't seen in quite a while, was sitting there, enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. He shuffled quickly over to her, raising a hand in welcome. "Hey, Jizzy!"
Wycliff toddled in behind his Guardian, looking around with wide eyes. He had never seen a fountain, so naturally he wanted to go toward it, but at the same time he could see Deimos listening to music nearby. He wasn't quite sure whether he should go see Dei, but his friendly instincts took over and he made his way over to the other Mishap. The little Rhino-boy stood by Dei's legs, waiting patiently for the larger being to notice him.

Jizzy's head percked up and she smiled broadly. "Tori!" She cried out, standing and going over to her friend, hugging him tightly. She was in a huggy mood, what could she say.
Deimos looked up and half smiled-half smirked at the sight of Wycliff, but it was welcoming all the same. "Hey Wy, take a seat. This is a really good song. Tal?"
Talqualyn looked up at WYcliff, nodding and handing the headphone back to his brother. He smiloed meekly at the larger boy.
Deimos took the earbud handing it to Wycliff. "You like Led Zep?"

Tori hugged Jizzy back happily, grinning. "How are you? It's been a while, ne?" He nodded slowly, leaning back a bit to get a good look at Jizzy.
"Ah..." Wycliff blinked a little, idly wondering what Deimos was talking about. He seemed a lot more mature than his kid-like body would otherwise show. "I don't know..." The little Rhino-boy took the earphone from Dei and snugged it into his long ear, his eyes widening as the music filled his head. "Wow..."
