Ryuu continued to watch from the shadows. He slowly slid the dagger back into his pocket, there didn't to seem to be any more danger. He watched Damien and Kiko in the clearing. Just then, his stomach started to growl, and he was remided of the biting hunger in his stomach. Damn. I need to feed on something soon. He looked around in the forest, and tried to sniff the air for any scent of prey. Nothing. "Damn," he cussed lightly under his breath. He looked at the angel in front of him. "Hmmm....prey?"

Kiko atared at Damien for a moment. She closed her eyes and breathed a heavy sigh. "Whatever." she said, talking to herself. She opened her eyes again, her crimson eyes boring into his blue ones. "We got off on a bad start - let's start over." she smiled at him. "Hello, my name is Kiko." she said before giggling.

(( I know it was a one liner but I have no way to add myself into the roleplay without betraying my charecters personality!!))
We'll leave no trace of plans that we have made
So they can't find us and take what is ours

Damien smiled, relieved. "We did get off to a bad start.." he agreed. "I'm Damien," he took her hand and put her hand to his lips, "it's a pleasure to meet you." He smiled again, "how are you, Kiko?"

Kiko giggled at Damien's actions. "I'm fine. Thanks. How are you?" she asked. She was starting to like Damien. Sure he could be a jerk sometimes, but he was just so charming. She giggled again, this time, lightly under her breath.

Ryuu shifted unconfortably, unconsiously, as once again, Damien touched Kiko. He felt the desire to protect her, that she was a helpless figure in the cruel world that they lived in. She seemed so innocent, almost like an infant. Once he realized that he was starting to get protective, he questioned himself. Since when have I been protective? he asked himself in a disgusted tone. He shooke his head wearily, trying to get the thought out of his head.

"Come back when you have some cash!" the inn owner yelled at Jake as he left te building. It had been a week since he had been chased out of his home town and he was running low on food and money, and with his appetite, food was very important. He had hoped that the kindness of strangers might work for him while he looked for a job but neither seemed to be working out.
He walk on for awhile longer before he came upon another in, 'Blood Lust huh? Might as well check it out,' the eighteen year old thought then headed down the cobblestoned path to the front.
As Jake reached for the door, a chill went down his spine, but still he went on in. Inside were many people, dressed in gothic looking clothes and had pale skin. The receptionist to had snow white skin and a dark black lipstick that matched her attire. Slowly he made his way over to the woman and worked up his courage to beg, "Excuse me I was wondering if I could stay here a few nights? I don't have any money but I'm willing to work for my keep."
"Oh you don't have much of a choice in the matter," She smiled revealing her pointed teeth. The human boy backed up in shock only to realize that the residents seemed to be giving him a hungry glare.

Lidi watched absentmindedly. She was still trying to find that person. She sighed and she glanced up and down and around, trying not to get sunlight in her eyes. She wasn't all that interested in Kiko's and Damien's conversation anymore. Then she heard a grumble, and spotted the person she was looking for. She smiled and starred at them, wondering when they'd notice her looking at them, for she had found them. ...Together.

Ryuu felt something watching him. Something.. Somewhere... He jerked his head to the left, his blood-red eyes meeting the girl's. He shifter his position to face her. He let his wings fold neatly to his side, not bothering to tuck them in. What does she want? he wondered.

Lidi had noticed that she had gotten their attention. As she looked at them, she noticed that they had blood-red eyes. She had never seen something like that before. She wondered who this person was. She starred at them for a moment, her hazel eyes meeting their blood-red eyes until she sighed, crossed her arms, and stuck her tongue out at them, smiling. If that didn't make them angry, or want them to come down, she didn't know what she could do without calling out to them. She would prefer if they would come down. For some reason today she felt like talking to a lot of people. Well, certainly since it seemed as though she had met all of these people before, yet should couldn't recall where. ...Together.

Ryuu stared at her, almost dumfounded as the girl stuck her tongue out at him. How dare that little brat... He gripped his hand in a tight fist, trying to keep his temper in check. Clam down Ryuu. It's okay. She's only a puny little girl that doesn't know what she's getting herself into... he breathed a long sigh, and almost smiled to himself. Yes, that's better, calm down, and go to her. Then smile kindly and... his temper blew otu again ...rip her head off! Ryuu shook his head for a moment. Calm down... He slowly opened his wings and glided down towards where the girl stood(sat?). He made sure to keep an eye on her, just in case if she decided to attack. He landed about 3 feet from her, and glared ast her. "What do you want?" he sneered.

Damien smiled, "I'm fine, thank you." He laughed when Kiko giggled, she sounded so fragile. He sensed someone nearby and turned to look at Lidi, she was staring into the trees. He turned and looked the way that Lidi was looking to see the vampire. "Hello," he spoke in a monotone, neither friendly nor threathening.

Ryuu ignored Hikaru completely, trying to keep his temper in check. I swear...if that girl makes a crude comment, I'll rip her throat out. He glared at the girl harder, waiting for a response.

Kiko turned to where Damien was looking. There, she was the girl sitting in a tree, and someone that appeared to be a fallen angel. A fallen angel! Maybe he'll be my companion? she thoguht happily. "Hello!" she pipped towards Ryuu's direction. She had a lovely smile on her face, trying to look friendly, but also trying to look strong at the same time.

Ryuu also ignored Kiko's 'hello'. Damn weak fallen angel. You'll never survive out here with an attitude like that. You must be tough, and learn how to survive. I bet you can't even hurt a fly, when the actual rule of survival is kill or be killed. he thought to himself. I hate those kind of people. Acting like everything in the world is fine. Acting like the whole world is at peace, and a happy place. Ugh! Just makes me sick thinking about it!
