Bumping first ment to Bump a thread up to the top of an area. People would do this but going back a month or so and just randomly posting a comment in an old thread. This was more for the first Fourms were there was like 25 to 100 people in there. As more people started to join the Bumping a thread became less and less talking about the past topic but more Really bumping in the thread to try and get new people when there was only you in that thread and like 20 other people online.
Bumping for Gold is mostly when people do not know what to say and need Gold. This is more of a Gaia thing seeing how not many other Forums have Gold.
