Irene thought happily to herself. 'Yes! It looks like I just earned some of my partner's respect.' It meant a lot too her, considering not many her age liked her much. All of the adults know why, and so does Skylar, but Irene was never informed. It always made her mad when her brother says, 'It's for the best.' The hell does that mean? But still, this was an accomplishment for her. She followed Kankuro. Not just because it was her partner but because Irene already had a room at a hotel with her brother. He always insisted on going everywhere with her. "So Kankuro, you're from the sand village too?"

"Yes im from the sand village and im here for the chunnin exams whenever they are. I have to go to this hotel because this is where my brother and sister are staying." Kankuro replied walking into the hotel

trance smiled as he just standed there and waited for shikamaru to atttack. two clones come out of the ground and punch up at shikamaru's and amaya's faces. "your lucky im taking it easy on you" he said as he laughed some more and ran toward them

Irene smiled. "Really. You have a brother too? Of course you know I'm here for the same reason, except I came with my brother. He won't be taking the chunin exams though because he's not a ninja. He dosen't want to be." It surprised Irene that somhow they ended up staying at the same hotel. But Irene's room was on the second floor and Irene didn't know where Kankuro's room was at yet.

Irene followed up the stairs. "Don't mind me, I'm not stalking. It's just my room's up here too." When they got to the top and started walking down the hallway Irene stopped at the fourth door to the right. "This is my room."

Amaya puts her foot on the clone's fist and jumps up, while avoiding the punch. "Copying me, eh?" Amaya lands onto a tree.

When the clone came at Shikamaru he used shadow neck bind to bind its neck in shadows making it lose damage.

Irene's eyes widened a bit in surprise. "No way! That's really strange." Irene went to open her door, and as soon as the door was a crack open the knob swung from her hands and the door opened. in the doorway was a tall man. Irene looked up and smiled weakly. The man talked in sort of a low voice, his expression solemn. "Irene, where have you been?" Irene laughed nervously and rubbed the back of her head. "I... Was just looking around. If I'm going to be a strong ninja I have to know my surroundings." Skylar's face softened. "All alone? Irene, you don't know this area. You don't know what can happen to you." Irene knew Skylar was overprotective, but ever since they arrived here he's been extra tight on her leash. "Skylar, I wasn't alone." His eyebrows raised doubtful. It wouldn't be the first time she iled about being alone. ((Yay! Hi. blaugh ))
