United states Pacific time for me.
wait- I thought Gaia had a universal time? GST? Gaia standard time?
Example: it was 5:37 when I posted this on my time, but GST is 11:14 am
Maybe we should go by that? (we would still have to schedule it so that the time is excessible around the Bunny community- maybe around afternoon to late night-ish, I dunnno).

US Eastern for me.
I think it will be really hard (if not impossible) to find a time that works for everyone. Maybe we should just have it go on all day and people come when they can and stay as long as they'd like.

perhaps instead of not accepting any more bunnies we should have some kind of requirements? *and put their names below the original eight even if their numbers are higher cause we're bunnies, we don't count!*

When and where?
My vote is to either start a new thread in the guild or to have a thread in the forums. I think trying to have it in towns would be more difficult.
We could have prizes too. Like 108 gold for the first person to post on page 4, the first person to post on page 8, 15, 16, etc
