I nominate Mago de Oz (folk/celtic powermetal in spanish). They are a good band, even if they sing in spanish, many non-spanish-speaking people like them a lot. If they can't be nominated for any reason, then I nominate Delain (ambiental/symphonic gothic metal).Look 'em both up on myspace or metal-archives.
