I do claim you have ADD, and I also claim that ADD and ADHD are fake medical terms used by teachers to bring down the spirits of their students. ninja

If parents would stop feeding their kids all kinds of chemicals (IE pop, candy, chips, fruit snack crap) and made them play around outside for an hour or two, kids would probably not be so hyper all the time. Hence, no need for medication mrgreen

Uh, that's not it. Whether you're outside or not doesn't change the fact that some kids are going to be hyper no matter what you do. Honestly, you're making pop and fruit snacks sound like crack, which it is not. ADD and ADHD doesn't really exist. As I stated earlier, it's just a fluke compromised by the Board of Education to make kids feel terrible about themselves and have them focus on studies.

Well duh, they're kids aren't they?? Of course they're gonna be hyper, but drinking pop and artificial colors all the time certainly doesn't help, that's all I'm saying...

trust me they exist. i know kids who actually are extremely intelligent but without a doubt have add and adhd intelligence has nothing to do with it and if it does have to do with making kids feel bad then i can tell you its failed miserably

I'd say they're real, I had to teach a little guy with ADHD how to swim once. It took some doing. But I agree that there are cases of Misdiagnosis where parents are just too damn lazy to keep up with or take an active interest in their kids lives. Thus allowing them to form bad habits and become uncontrollable. 3nodding

That's right Zetao. It's all the parent's job. They have to take responibility of their child/ children at early ages so they will be intelligent and well-behaved individuals, while still being kids at heart. 3nodding
