This comes at a risk though, burning my soulfire brighter will diminish my existance as well. A normal human would completely burn up if this were attempted. But my dragon blood should be able to help me recover.
Still, if my gambit proves wrong, I'll be in big trouble. That's why it'll be safer with you helping me.
Two cataylists instead of one will have a much greater effect with smaller risks and costs."

Skyeheart took her hand.
He then closed his eyes and felt deeply within himself.
Memories surged and insensed blood flowed.
He strained his energy outward, picturing the area around him in his mind's eye.
He could feel Ziven's energy too, being that they where in contact.

The air around them began to change, a different feeling was setting in. Not of chaos, like the feeling of bloodlust that raidiated from Dragon Man,
but of confidence, courage, and love.

The amount of energy used in all their efforts was beginning to take a toll on her. Watching Reeve, worried for his well being, her eyes grew darker. Knowing that Skye took steps to make sure he would be alright, she looked to him with an apologetic expression. "This must stop." she said softly, eyes as deep as midnight.

Looking at him with a calm expression, she did as he asked, thinking of Reeve and her master. "Like the patronus charm." she said numbly, still doing her best to concentrate, despite it seeming that their attempt was not having much of an effect.

Her instincts had been right, she should not have agreed to this tactic. Though it was a rarity, her temper was pushed to the limits. Releasing Skye from her grip, she stood, casting her barrier around both she and Skye. This would not be a solution but it would slow and with their own efforts to close the link from themselves to this different dimension they were creating originally, would prevent them from being destroyed as the dragon man predicted. "Release Reeve!" she shouted to the dragon man. She was now thinking a few steps ahead, how to get out of here .. if Reeve was not able to get away from the dragon man, she hoped Mask would be able to help, but where was he? If that would not work .. they would need to find another solution.

(Ooc: This is getting silly. confused Reeve, you never posted a bio for this dragon man character. If you make this character any more powerful, I'm just walking out of this RP since it seems this character was pulled straight out of your you-know-what just to kill Reeve and I assume at this point Ziven and Skye also, which feels rather underhanded. I never said anything before now because it seemed like he was going to just be a very low key character of your persona. Now I feel that I have to say something because this is just getting blown way out of proportion. As far as I am concerned, you can do whatever you want to your own characters, but at the point that your characters, especially undocumented characters, start threatening and pulling stuff like this on other people's characters, I must speak up. )
