Rislin had returned the day before, bombarded by Shux and Semella for answers to why she disappeared. The young juvenile saw no reason to speak to the adults because she believed she did nothing wrong. As a juvenile or an adult, she was still small compared to the human size. Eventually the two gave up when all Rislin did was stare straight ahead.

So she currently resided within her clock room, resting and wondering if she should had bothered coming back. She no longer felt excited or even moderately happy with living with her flat mates and Lori.

Sighing deeply, she turned in her bed and stared out her glass door. It was slightly foggy, dur to her breathing, so she could not make out what exactly was going on outside.

What was happening? Well, Lori was having a discussion with her remaining two feiens.

'So what are you planning on doing about it?' the darkness feien called down from the canopy above. She enjoyed it up there sine it molded well to the position you laid in.

Lori looked up seeing the small feien form peaking through the white canopy. She smiled. 'Don't know really. I just feel like something new. The three of you live mainly on your own now. Not meaning the fact that you need me to survive. But I just want to take someone else in.' Her face fell as she looked down at her out stretched legs. Vincent had fallen asleep and sprawled himself over her with his head upon her lap on a pillow. She had been absentmindedly stroking his black and blue hair. The vampire found it soothing.

Semella sat at the corner of the bed with all of Shux' paints spread out before her. Currently using green, she pained the grass on her child like painting. 'Another feien would be nice. I've always quite enjoyed company.' She grinned as she continued looking at her work. 'We are talking abut another creature like a feien right?'

Shux rolled to the edge of the canopy and hung her head over to look at Lori. 'Are you speaking of one of those human like things you can adopt in Gaia?'

Lori only shrugged. She did not know if she was truly ready to act like a mother. But the truth was she could no longer be a mother naturally. Well, at least she doubted she could. It was never a matter she brought up with Hayden, Vincent or Tobey.

Vincent gave a soft grunt in his sleep and rubbed his eye with his left hand. He yawned before speaking. 'Be careful with what you bring to this house. Others like Sophie aren't really safe for children to be around.' He turned his head inward and looked up at Lori through his hair which was left entwined in his sister's fingers.

'I've been thinking about that, actually.' Lori returned Vincent's hair to the proper spot and continued stroking his hair. She looked away at Semella, watching her yet not.

'Oh?' That intrigued Vincent. He had wondered if bringing Valora to the manor was a good thing.

Lori twisted an ebony stand in between her talon-nailed fingers. 'I want to move out.' She felt ashamed of these feelings. As if she was being ungrateful for the hospitality she was given. 'I want to move closer to a portal to Gaia. So the feiens can go to the shop more often. They all seem so unhappy.' She sighed heavily. 'I don't think this place is meant for us.'

Vincent sat up in his spot and ran a hand to Valora's cheek. 'I shall move with you. We should be separated again.' He took her hands within his own. They were much smaller than his.

Laughing, Valora gave her twin a hug. 'I'm thrilled you are not upset.'

Patting her softly, he spoke: 'I don't think Hayden will match your enthusiasm. And I have a feeling Tobey will want to tag along.'

Valora frowned at the thought. 'I don't want him to come. Not yet a least.'

Vincent nodded. 'Then just us.' Shux cleared her throat. 'And the feiens, of course.'

Shux and Semella happily cheered at the thought of moving closer to Gaia.

'Well, should we even bother saving this?' Shux referred to the Lego labyrinth. It was true. They probably wouldn't be needing it anymore. Chances are they will get their own room once again rather than sharing with Lori.

Semella grabbed one of the blocks, tapping her clawed fingernails upon it's white plastic surface. 'Would be shame to not use it. Perhaps we could think of something else.' She rolled the block off her right hand, letting it fall back into the pile.

Shux cocked her head. 'All that packing again. I'm not quite sure if I want to bother again. What if she changes her mind when we leave.'

The ancient only shrugged, unsure of what calming words she could possibly sooth her companion. 'We go where she goes. That is the curse we all share.'

'Curse is right.' Snorted Rislin from a few paces away. She kept quiet for most of the conversation, but this comment seemed to slip out of her mouth.

Shux blinked. Rislin had kept to herself for quite some time now, so the juvenile's presence wasn't expected. 'Yes. I would have to say that same thing myself. For other reasons of course.' She reached around to her white ponytail and began braiding it. 'Funny how easily life changes with Valora as your bonded.'

A knock rang from the hall door of Lori's room. The female wondered who would be knocking while she was busy playing poker with her feiens. Curiosity getting the best of her, Lori placed the pile of cards on top of the table that once held a crystal ball that was currently placed upon one of the many built-in shelves in the room. She crossed the room, turned the knob of the door and revealed who was on the opposing side.

Vincent entered without waiting for an invite. 'So, do you care to hear my tremendous news?' He jumped on the bed and placed his hands behind his ebony tresses.

Rislin flew from her place at the table over to Vincent. She had recently taken a liking to the male, mainly due to the fact he and Valora had both been spending more time actually being in the room. 'Is this news we all will like?' She landed upon his belly and slowly walked towards his face.

Placing a finger in front of her feet. Rislin hopped on as Vincent moved her to face him straight on. 'Surely any good new for my sister would be good news for her feiens as well.' He placed her by his head, which she began to entangle herself in the nook of his neck.

'Don't be so sure of that one. I wasn't too thrilled with Rizzy's blooms. And ever more when Corvus resurrected Sem.' Shux too came to the bed, followed shortly by the ancient mentioned.

Semella frowned at the darkness feien at the negativity she expressed. 'Yes, but do you still dislike us that much?' Crossing her arms, she knew the answer was unpredictable as her mood.

'Well,' Shux began. 'It really matters if I'm getting my way or not, doesn't it?' She gave a small laugh to herself.

Valora had closed the door of her room and now leaned against one of the bed posts. She cleared her throat.

Vincent remembered why he was actually here. 'Oh right. Well, I have been discussing with Hayden about your wishes to move.' He paused for dramatic effect.

She titled her head forward at this statement. 'And?'

'He agreed to it, oddly enough. In fact, he's coming with us.'

Shux suddenly stopped breathing.

'Coming with us. Butbut he hardly even sees us. Why could he want to leave the manor?' Lori grew confused by this news.

Vincent shrugged. 'Perhaps he wishes to change that. He's not some kind of hermit if that's what you think.' He watched as Valora crawled onto her bed as well.

'I don't think much of him to be honest.' She frowned at the fact that she did not have a solid opinion of her elder brother in either way. Lori laid upon her stomach and rested her chin on her closed fists.

'He won't be happy to hear that.' Vincent chuckled, teasing his twin.

Semella flew to the top of her bonded's head. 'I think he's quite charming. He does at first come off a bit cocky, but he really doesn't appear that way.' The ancient spoke oddly, as if she really was not sure what she was planning on saying.

'What do you think about Hayden, Seven?' Rislin called from beside Vincent's head.

'I...well...' Shux blushed violently. 'He's nice.'

'Ahahahahahahaha.' Rislin rolled around in laughter.

'Rizzy! Youre not one to laugh! You have a crush on Vincent.' Shux shouted flying towards the juvenile.

Vincent's quick reflexes snatched the darkness feien in mid-flight before she reached attacking distance. 'Tsk. Tsk. Come on now.'

Shux wiggled and squirmed in the male's hand in attempts of getting free. Semella grunted and muttered something long the lines of 'Honestly' while sitting Indian-style upon Lori's head.

The female vampire's eyes lingered upward, even though she could not the her violated skinned feien up there. 'So, when are we moving?'

Shux attempted to use magic hand to choke Rislin, but she was hiding behind Vincent and he blocked the black marked feien's attack. 'Within the new few days, I'm sure. Hayden has good connections. He's probably found a place already.'

'Excellent.' Lori exclaimed. This idea was moving more smoothing than she expected.

Moving day. Ah the fun of it all. Everybody loves moving, don't they? All the packing of your belongings, making sure nothing precious breaks during transit. Checking off the items you pack, leaving nothing you need behind. Loading it all up. Cleaning all the crevices uncovered. Then there's the other half. Getting the items there. Unloading. Unpacking. Finding spots for every item. It's enough to exhaust and discourage anyone.

Luckily for the three Wiksly children (Hayden, Valora and Vincent, if you forgot) money was not scarce. So they hired movers, paid them extra to get them to travel to the country. The other vampires within the manor were ordered to leave then humans along. None of them were to be seeked out for the killing anyway, therefore doing so now would not benefit them other than for pleasure.

Tobey took to pouting over the entire situation. He locked himself within his room, much like the child his personality acted like.

And of course, Sophie was more than happy to help them move out of the manor. It neither Valora or Vincent knew any better, they would have thought Sophie was some what tolerable. But as they wished to keep the move going as smoothly as possible, they did not argue her presence.

The feiens stayed with Valora, hiding wherever one of the humans would appear. It was best the humans did not see the feien, since they already suspected something wrong with the manor. However, the triple paycheck kept them from voicing any opinion or concern on the matter.

'Ah! Wonderful to have our own room again. Eh, Seven? Not too bed having Hayden down the hall either.' Rislin called from her bed in the right uppermost quadrant. She seemed to refuse giving up her juvenile tactics of pissing off Shux.

Shux retaliated by flipping her off. Not an original come back, but a good classic. 'I'd shut my bloody ******** mouth if I were you.' The violet feien stood in her spot. If Shux wanted a fight, she was more than happy to give what was requested of her.

'Oh hoho. Is 'ittle bitty Rizzy fee-win twetened? Oh no!' Shux mockingly placed her hands on her face as she gave a baby voice. But after, her voiced returned to her normal tone. 'I'm tired of your bullshit Charisma. I highly suggest to find and put and end to it.'

Rislin grabbed her rapiers on the end of her bed and charged. As She realized the young feien was actually about to attack, she to flew to her own rapier. But unlike Rislin, Shux had not made improvements to her own red rapier. The time feien a month or so back had taken two of Loris hair clips, cut them up to a reasonable sizes, asked Semella to use her mend abilities to attach the metal piece to the plastic handle. Then sharpened up to the metal blade, making an actual cutting weapon, rather then the original plastic one which hardly inflicted any pain it all. By the time Rislin reached Shux, who was turned around grabbing her own weapon, the violet feien had managed to cut off a chunk of the darkness feien's white locks.

'I may be small, but I can still inflict damage.' A scarily, menacing smile plastered on Rislin's face as threaten her opponent.

'Whoa, whoa, whoa!' Semella's fear had actually come true. She had hoped the two would not begin in physical matters. 'Please don't do this.' She cried as she stood in between them.

'Out of the way!' Shux shoved aside the ancient. She held her measly rapier up. If she could cause harm with it, she could at least use it to prevent harm to herself.

Semella fell hard onto the floor, caught off guard because she did not believe Shux and Rislin would harm her. With tears in her golden eyes, she flew out of the room in search of help.

'Try that again Charisma.' Shux spoke through clenched teeth. Although she never admitted it, her white hair had been one of her more favored features.

Rislin continued to smile and made to attack again. But Shux used her magic hand to push her back. The young feien lost her breath, hunched over. Her ebony eyes glared at Shux through her messy black and white hair. 'Hiding behind your powers?' She laughed.

'I'm not hiding behind anything. Whatever is fair game at this point.' She used this time to gather an idea for another move.

Out of luck, Semella reappearance on Vincent's shoulder. 'Rislin!' He scolded.

The violet feien jumped at the male's booming voice. Her ears drooped slightly in shame.

Vincent crossed the room, placing Semella down. 'Rislin, come.' he barked a command.

Obeying, Rislin flew to Vincent's shoulder. He held out a hand to her, requesting her rapiers be turned over into his care. Her eyes began to water as she carefully placed them upon his plan. 'You'll get these back when you become and adult.'

Rislin's jaw dropped a the restriction. But words failed her to argue. She knew running and complaining to Lori wouldn't do any good either because the feien knew Lori's would agree to Vincent's punishment.

'Good night ladies.' He bowed his head to Shux and Semella before returning to his room taking Rislin with him.

Lori returned home in the middle of the night, attempting to unlock the front door. She struggled to find the correct key with her free hand. It was a task because her left arm held an awake Izumi upon her hip and on her right wrist carried a bag of baby goods Lori picked up at the 24-hour drug store on the way home. Relentless, the hummingbird, buzzed around the two, excited about the new change of scenery.

Giving up on her attempts, Lori rang the doorbell, knowing Vincent and Hayden had to be awake. After a few minutes of waiting, the lock on the interior side of the door clicked.

'Lori, you've finally re...' Hayden greeted his sister, but stopped in mid sentence at the sight of the child in her arm.

'Here. Take this.' She shoved the bags of goods into his hands and entered the house. Her heels clicked on the wooden floor as she went down the hall into the living room where Vincent was watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. The feiens were all scattered in the room. Rislin upon Vincent's shoulder once again. Semella lying stomach down on the arm rest of the recliner. And Shux on her back on the floor.

'I love this movie. It's so sad.' Valora commented as she sat next Vincent.

'Only you would love it for such a reason.' He looked at the child in Valora's care. Vincent showed no signs of surprise to the random appearance of the child. 'So. When did we adopt this?' He smiled and cooed at the child, running his long fingers down her cheek.

'Interesting story actually.' Lori began as Izumi crawled out of her lap into Vincent's. 'I was walking around and this house was making this annoying humming sound.'

'Curious.' Hayden mumbled as he placed the bag upon the coffee table and took a seat in an arm chair.

'My thoughts exactly. I wanted to make sure the owners knew of this noise since all the lights were on inside, but the house itself was coming from the basement. Which turned out to not be a basement at all.' Lori sighed and grabbed a blanket, wrapping herself in it.

'Jesus Christ Lori!' Shux' typical behaviour kicked in. 'Couldn't even bother to wait a week before you bring another mongrel in.'

'I think she's rather pretty,' Rislin followed in comment. She was still in a kick of wanting to disagree with Shux, so everyone was unsure this was her true opinion. 'You knew Valora wanted a child. Mel told me about it.'

'Please refrain from bringing my name up when you talk to Hisa, Rizzy.' Semella called from her spot. It was bad enough the fights happened. She no longer wanted to be associated with them.

'Quiet you three.' Hayden commanded. Even though he was stuck in his 17 year old form, he still commanded power within the household. He was the eldest of them all. 'Continue please.'

'Well...' Valora shifted in her blanket as she thought. 'I went to the basement to check out the noise. But after I went in, the door shut and wouldn't let me go. I continued down and, you'll like this Vince, there was this most amazing library ever. The doors. I wanted them.'

'What does this possibly have to do with the child?' Vincent was not playing peek-a-boo with Izumi, who was giggling and patting Vincent on his belly when he would hide himself.

Valora gave an annoyed sigh at her twin. 'She's a book. Well, she came from a book. It's all confusing really. But apparently this..' Lori pulled out a bit of parchment that was originally found in Izumi's hand. 'Is somehow connected to her.'

Vincent picked up Izumi and twisted her side to side above him. She giggled louder. 'That must have been one fatass book.'

'What about this thing?' Hayden referred to the humming bird that had been buzzing about while they were discussing the new arrival.

'That's her daemon. Don't know anything about that either.' Valora opened the parchment and began reading it out loud. But once she started, Izumi tried to grab the paper back. 'She knew it at once by the beautiful, dancing, diamond-sparkling light. As her eyes became more accustomed to the brilliant glare she saw clocks gleaming from every surface, large and small, grandfather and carriage, hanging in space between the bookcases or standing on desks ranging the length of the room, so busy, relentless…' At the last word, the hummingbird darted straight at Valora's head. 'What the?' She batted the bird away. But he continued in attempts of attacking her. 'What did I say?'

'Relentless.' Hayden called. The hummingbird new flew straight at him. But instead of attacking, Hayden had held out a finger for it to land on. 'I appears that's his name.'

'Relentless, hmmm. And this one's name?' Vincent added.

'Izumi.'

'I've asked Rizzy to come back here and share a room with us.' Semella tested the waters. She didn't want the fights, but the hostility that the house had was choking her.

'Ernt.' Shux made a random noise acknowledging that she heard the ancient speak to her.

'She told me she would consider. But I have a feeling she would have to hear your approval first.' The ball of Semella's left foot twisted in the carpet as her golden eyes stared down. She began to feel unsure of what she was attempting to do.

'Are you suggesting I apologize to that little punk?' The darkness feien began. The temperature within her rose.

'I...uh...oh come on. How long are you going to stay mad at her? This is unhealthy and illogical. You are going to tell me you do not miss her?' The ancient spouted once she got on track.

'I see no need to make amends with her in the near future. My tolerance of her is nonexistent at this point.' Shux searched around for the hairclip Arith had given her. She had not worn it in a while because the sight of it made her sad since she could not be with her. But at this point it would be a cheerful object. A symbol of someone who cared for her.

'Yes, yes. I know. You spout that same spill every time.' Semella grew annoyed. She knew she shouldn't have brought the subject up again.

Rislin sat in the kitchen upon a knife sharpener, running her make-shift rapier along it's coarse surface. This task proved to be more challenging than one would think, considering her small stature. Soon she would have to replace the blade, or even possibly create a new weapon altogether. The time feien didn't stay alone long in the room.

Sometime after she had began, the other two resident feien had joined the youngest one. Shux and Semella were busy conversing over their usual topic: their room. Events seemed to be running low for the Riddle feiens, so they reverted to basic everyday tasks.

Choosing to ignore the appearance of her flat mates, Rislin continued on with the task before her.

Shux glared at Rislin. The two have yet to have a proper conversation with each other since their incident few weeks back. They have been forced to be within the same vicinity on multiple occasion, but cunningly avoided conversing.

'Do you think Hayden would be able to get someone to build it. I mean, after all, I doubt we could life two by fours and the like to assemble it all.' The ancient chuckled to herself about this. thought. But it did bring up a good point. Have feiens built things? There are many odd and end rumours going around on the subject of the true history of feiens. She frowned slightly because she wondered if Shux or Rislin even cared about their roots. They are a new generation and she didn't even know how long ago she first lived. She shook her head. This kind of thinking only gets her into trouble and there was already enough of it going around.

'I don't know if we should continue bothering him on our matters. He is not our bonded. Perhaps Lori would be better to ask.' Shux grabbed a pasta noodle that Valora had cooked a bit before for her feiens. Izumi was still on baby foods for the time being, so Lori only cooked a few noodles for the feiens to make a meal of. After all, she still cared for the feiens, even if she spent even lesser time with them. Shux placed the noodle on a nearby plate and began cutting it into suitable pieces.

Semella moved to drag a glass dish filled with sauce closer to the plate. 'But Lori will only turn to her brothers for help. We should just skip the middle person and go straight to Hayden., He might think we don't like him by not asking him first.'

Shux shrugged. If Semella wanted to chat with Hayden about it, she didn't have the care to argue it. She grabbed a chunk of pasta and carefully dipped an end into the sauce before consuming it.

Rislin snorted. As big as the kitchen was, she was still able to hear her flat mates. 'I'd be happy to ask him for you. That is if your too scared.' The time feien stood in her spot and rested her rapier upon her shoulder.

'Scared? Why would I have any fears speaking to Hayden?' Shux began from her place. She didn't stop her eating and merely played off Rislin's comment.

'Why choose to go to Lori when you perfectly well know she is busy with Izumi?' Rislin strolled over to where the other feiens sat. 'I'm only showing a bit of kindness. I do spend quite a bit of time around Vincent and Hayden.'

'Thanks for your offer.' Semella interrupted as usual. 'But I think we will be able to take care of the situation ourselves. Unless perhaps...' The ancient paused a moment.

However, Rislin knew exactly what Semella was about to say. Or at least the subject she almost always brought up. 'I am not moving back. I quite enjoy living in the Grandfather clock.'

'Yes, but you should be growing soon. It'll be too small.' Semella pointed out, without much regard to what she was exactly saying. 'Oh, I mean...'/ Even on her violet skin, flushes of red appeared upon her cheeks with realization of her previous words.

The time feien choose to not respond. Instead she bowed slightly and left the kitchen.

'Oh no. Now she's upset.' Semella frowned in concern. How stupid of her to bring up the sensitive subject of Rislin's juvenile state.

Shux popped another piece in her mouth. 'Honestly, I doubt it actually makes any difference. She ants to be pissed off. She'll find any reason to be so.'
