devilsmokinangel Wow Really wht in Blade was soo Scary I can imagine it had to do with all the vampires that didn't die quickly. There was also Pearl and all of the humans that did die. That can be scary for a little kid. Now I feel old.

It was very scary. I didn't see it until I was an adult on network television, but it was still scary as hell. The Ring scared me too. I saw it in theaters with my (then) boyfriend and I spent half the time with my head in his shoulder.

I was a skittish kid and had/have a very active imagination. If I'd see something scary on tv, you could bet money I'd dream about it! xp
When I was probably about 7, my parents were watching some old dracula type movie on tv and I crossed the room to go into the bathroom and at the second I stepped in, the vampire roared up close to the screen big and loud with fangs and a scary look.. maybe it was a werewolf. One of the two, either way they said I took a leap and DOVE underneath the bed rofl. My dad loved to tease and so he grabbed me out by the seat of my pants and made me look at it.
But the weirdest thing that inspired a nightmare for me, was the cartoon movie Dumbo. For some reason the dancing elephants in different colors inspired a nightmare about getting swallowed up by a demonic hot hair balloon shaped like dumbo that was creating a typhoon type vacuum weather.. I know.. strange.
The rat monsters on Princess Bride frightened me as a kid also, now watching that movie I can't believe it had that affect.. but I guess now I can see the "strings".

Embarassingly enough, I was traumatized by watching The Leprechaun. I think I was 4 or something when I watched it and just the look of that damn Leprechaun scared the living s**t out of me. I'm still pretty scared of him to this day. Another one is Child's Play but I'm not scared of it anymore. I actually grew fond of Chucky and bought one of his dolls at Spencer's <3
