2 more questions...for people who've played the game, and know what happens(I don't want to spoil it)
Highlight ->1 - When/where do I find Ayame?
2 - Any tips on how to defeat Yuber? I have Geddoe and I need to take back my lightning rune...

I think you find Ayame in the back of that cave you do into as Hugo and the little kids.
As for Yuber...I just used rune magic.

Lord Geddoe Xchaos It was totaly diferent. First, Somme character could take up to 3 turn to cast a spell. you could only use up to 3 item at the same time. If you choose Item or a spell, the other character on your teem would attack a radom enemi. The fire spell could damage you alsow. Charater need to be paired together so they could use a combo atack. I liked the S3 because of Geddoe and his team.They were the best hugo and chris were weak. lol it is always for me that Geddoe's team for me is the hardest to level.....i find Chris and Hugo a lot easier just for those who haven't played Suikoden 3(from my experience) you should play as Hugo, then Chris, then Geddoe because when i played in this order i was shocked when i went to Chris story and even more shock when i went to Geddoes story(you'll understand maybe) as for the trinity system i liked it because we get to see different perspectives i remember there is a story of some dog...... never got to him so i am confused on how to get him

i liked playing hugo's story and geddoes story......i about killed chris at every turn on purpose cuz i hated her character.........eck........and what? geddoes party is the easiest to level for me..........chris's next, then hugo, and finally, thomas........leveling thomas and his party was hell on earth for me.......such wussies......

Well, as far as Thomas' party goes, it doesn't help that he and the others start at level 1. I think the highest level party member I got for them was Mel when you go looking for memebers. Mel rocks.

I have Geddoe and I need to take back my lightning rune...Well ... to get Ayame I dunno if you have to talk to Watari first down in your castle, I just happened to. But take Watari with you to the very back of North Cavern where Guillaume was and they'll have a scene.

i need help with fighting the mage to get the true water rune back >< been choosing characters over and over but not working right now >< been getting killed over and over as Chris >< with all the money i have it seems to be useless at the ending
EDIT: i finally beat that mage. She was easy once i silenced everybody

I love playing as Geddoe because he has the cooliest team,Ace,Queen,Joker and J something.........I like the the J guy can fire those arrows,you can kill more enemies that way. . .

I really like the games but it's the only suikoden I don't play twice. I played Suikoden1 4 times and Suikoden2 ca. 10 times (Yes I love it) and I played Tactics and Suikoden 4 twice. The End of Suikoden 3 was so sad. Can you believe it? I get through the game in ca. 40 hours but I level up my characters, doing Mini-games and walk around for 40 hours more because I don't want to fight against Luc. He is my favorite character in the games and it was so sad. I cannot understand the people who hate him because of what he had done. I can unterstand him. Okey, it's not good to kill people but he was a lost one...
And I really like all of the 3 main characters. They are different and thats the point. It was interesting so see the war with the eyes of everyone.
And I like Lucs Chapter the most heart Did anyone of you kill the little girl in Karayan?

I really like how Aila became apart of Geddoe's team. That's probably why I like that team also. The antics that insue are awesome.
But my favorite has to be Hugo's. Mainly because I like Lilly and the LillyxHugo pairing. Oh and Jordi is god!

anyway I just don't like her I have no idea why but everytime i play as her, i get annoyed
luc's story was awesome didn't like killing people especially the kid in karaya

Warning: Lengthy post..
Out of the 3 main characters, I liked Chris the most..she was just interesting and even though she seemed corrupt we got to see another side of her which is why I liked the Trinity System because we get to look at the S3's plot in 3 (4 counting Thomas) perspectives.
Second is Hugo. I played and beat the game 3 times - once with Chris, twice with Hugo. Haven't played with Geddoe yet..I should though, eh? But they should have really focused more on Thomas' story! He's the real star..LOL, it was fun levelling him and his castle posse up.
For my final fight with Luc I used:
Hugo, Sgt. Joe, Fubar, Viki, Lilly and Emily.
or
Chris, Futch, Bright, Chibi-Viki, Mel and Edge

I beat the game with Geddoe because I was hoping I'd get to see more stuff between Jacques and Aila (What can I say? I'm a romantic!) I was mad when they all just kinda walked off ....
