" Ah! Let me get that for you." Nori offered, lightly gesturing to clean the plate for him. He wasn't sure quite what to make of Ian at this point, but he figured he was an okay person. As Jamie's ex-boyfriend, Nori felt a bit uncomfortable around him, but he figured that there was no reason for hard feelings. He gave him the casual smile that he seemed to throw around all too often. At hearing Ian's question, Nori interrupted " Oh yes, I'm going to do his hair. Do you need yours done too Ian?"
Nori was going to have to do everyone else's disguise anyways, so getting Ian and Jamie out of the way first was a good idea if he could do it soon.

User ImageIan smiled warmly at Nori. "Ah it's okay, Nori~ It just needs to be dried off. I got it. Thanks." Ian was quite fond of Nori. He felt a bit bad being around him though. Nori always seemed to be around when Ian was throwing fits or showing the most ugliest sides of himself. Also, it seemed that Jamie had a thing for Nori which threw an ugly wrench of jealousy into the equation. Still, Ian wanted to become good friends with Nori. It seemed like he was looking at a younger version of himself. He kind of felt like they had a lot in common. Ian nodded to Nori's kind offer, "Oh...uh...really? That's great! Um...I..I don't know...if I really need it dyed..? Is this for something or...is everyone just getting into a sudden need for fashion statements?" Ian hadn't found anyone that had the mission information yet. Ian felt lame still being in the dark. He figured that Nori would probably know about it.

Jaydn gave a smirk, seeing how uncomfortable Tristan was becoming with Kyrin and his exclusive conversation. Listening more to what Tristan offered, Jaydn felt the undeniable urge to tease the man.

"So you couldn't understand us. Perhaps you'd like to know that we were discussing how far we could throw you and whether it would make you any less appealing to look at... or if that was even possible." Even Jaydn knew how childish his comment was but he smiled, wondering how the man would take such a response. Of course that explanation wasn't entirely true nor originally meant to sound as spiteful as it did. Jaydn was simply running a test of his own. How in check can he keep himself? Jaydn found that Kyrin had already allowed more than enough people with foul personalities into her mafia, his main example being Draven. As long as Jaydn was around, he didn't want her letting any more psychopaths into her house, especially not right before they went on a potentially dangerous mission.

However against Tristan Jaydn seemed, he was impressed by the number of languages Tristan claimed to know. So he's multi-lingual. Understandable why he isnt too valuable to Uncle Han's mafia, he has enough linguists to do what he needs. But he could be of use to me. Jaydn wasn't going to believe this man about his skills until he saw it firsthand though.

Kyrin listened to what Tristan had to say and it made her smile that the man was obviously getting self conscious. When he said that he was learning Japanese, Kyrin didn’t hesitate to continue to talk in the language, “He’s a smart a**.” Kyrin commented to Jaydn when Tristan made his obvious pause. She was however slightly impressed by the number of languages that he had listed. She didn’t have a linguist, it was basically Japanese or nothing for the Butterfly Mafia, as far as Kyrin knew, and it would make it somewhat obvious if she and Jaydn began to speak in Japanese on their mission. And they were not about to be obvious. When Jaydn began to tease the other man, Kyrin laughed aloud in spite of herself. Jaydn, no matter how much he picked on Ky, was amusing to her in almost all respects.

Getting back to business, Kyrin though lightly, I wonder if he is good for what he says… She knew that the only way to test it would be to see it in action, but she only knew the linguists in her father’s mafia, and if he had sent Tristan away then she didn’t want to bring the man back to test. Uncrossing her legs and settling them both on the floor, Kyrin leaned forward, towards Tristan, placing her elbows on her knees and her head in her hands. Her hair slipped over her face as she did so, and fell loosely about her face once she settled. Her next question wasn’t one that she often asked people, but it fell from her lips slowly, though not accidentally, she had a plan in mind, “Can I trust you?” She looked at the man, who had six years on her own life, and wondered if he respected her, or if he’d only come to her because she was her father’s daughter.

Craig didn’t understand why Draven was threatening him with tearing off his head, he had no idea of how Draven felt about Kyrin. His curiosity, though, was pushed to the back of his head as he decided that he wouldn’t ask Draven anymore questions that didn’t pertain to business, the other man didn’t seem to like them. When Draven changed the subject again, “You?” Craig paused, as if in thought, “Probably.” He then toyed with the cuffs on the long sleeved shirt and rolled them up over his elbows as they began to get out of the upper city. Craig visibly relaxed the closer they got to the lower city. “Me?” Pause. “No.” He knew that Draven hadn’t asked, but he felt like saying it anyway. It didn’t really matter that the men would normally rip Draven off, because Craig was going to be with him, but it still amused him to say that they would to Draven, because if he went alone it was certain. Craig’s shoes grated against the gravel as they got off the well paved side walks that belonged to Sean O’Donnell’s territory. Being back where Han ruled over, Craig felt more at easy, and a smiled crept across his face, for no reason other then he was in good spirits from a mission well done. That and he had four new wallets in his possession. I wonder when they will notice they are gone.

User ImageThis man was trying his patience in every way possible and annoying him to no end. Tristan turned his very blue eyes on Jaydn and smiled. It was a vampiric smile but a smile. It was hard to restrain himself from saying something rash. He muttered as Kyrin laughed at the sad attempt at a joke and wasn't able to rein in his sarcasm.

"Yeah, it's hard to make someone so handsome look otherwise, I agree." This was tame compared to what else he was capable of saying. Not yet. You can deal with him after you're actually in the mafia.

Kyrin asked him that somewhat surprising question concerning his integrity. Caught offguard, Tristan hastily replied, "Of course. If accepted, I will be one of your most loyal members. My loyalty and respect are yours." He nodded his head as if to give a slight bow.

Fiore took a seat on a chair as she watched everyone intermingle happily with each other, and for some reason she let out a long sigh unlike one that she had ever given before. It was a sort of a strange sigh, like a depressed sort of sigh, but she picked her head up again and shook it off. She didn't need friends, she had been trained not to need friends.

She wondered now if joining this place was really the right thing. Could she really get stronger just sitting around watching people make small talk? It was a strange concept to her, socializing that is. She would be just as happy mastering her martial arts or her gymnastics as she would practice ever other day.

But then her mind wandered to this idea of a mission. What kind of mission were they going on, Fiore wanted to know. She got up from the chair again, she would have to wait until Kyrin got out of that room...but, she couldn't spy. She had just gotten in to the mafia! Better to start on a good note, right? She bend down at sat by the door, rather than putting her ear up to the crack, and minded her business, even though it was just so tempting.

Lily seeing Fiore went up to her and looked at her in curiousity,"Hi."she said as she squatted next to the girl. Then smiling a tomboy smile she added,"The name's Lily."Lily paused when she heard voices conversing and recognizing a few she guessed they didn't need bothering just yet. Relaxed her position and waited for the girl's reply before she asked another question to satisfy her curiousity of Fiore.

Nori let the plate slide from his hands back into Ian's to let him take care of it. He could explain the entire mission to Ian, but he had just finished explaining everything he knew to Jamie, so he wasn't quite in the mind to do it again; otherwise a game of telephone might start and details could get miscommunicated. Besides that, Kyrin was probably almost done talking with Tristan, so maybe the full details of the mission could come from her and enlighten things.
" Actually, a lot of it still has to be cleared up." He told Ian the basics, the fact that there would be disguise and an invasion of some sort. " I think Ky could probably tell us more once she's done interrogating Tristan." he remarked teasingly.

Ian thanked Nori for the information. He felt a lot better actually having some of an idea to what his first mission for the butterfly mafia would be. Wait. They'd have to wear disguises. The word left a bitter taste in Ian's mouth. The last time he had to wear a disguise for the mafia required him to dress up like a high school girl. This was something that Ian wasn't really fond of repeating. Especially because Jamie would give him hell. Ian nodded. "Uh. Yeah. Good idea. I'll ask her about the specifics later. Do you know what kind of disguises were aiming for? Oh...and. you mentioned someone named Tristan? Another new member to the mafia I'm guessing?" Or maybe it's someone I haven't met yet...Ian still hadn't met everyone in the mafia yet. Ian decided to put that on his list of things to do. After all, he was working with these people now.

" I believe Ky is going to give us each a theme for the party."
The more he spoke about it, the more his mixed feelings grew on the matter. He shook it off. He could contemplate it all he wanted later. " Yes, Tristan might very well become another mafia member." He said enthusiastically. " I'm glad our group is growing." He avoided mentioning the mafia being a 'family' because of the grave faces it produced last time. Nori didn't know much about the pasts of the others, but that was something he didn't want to touch at this time.

When Tristan gave his attempt at a comeback, Jaydn was rather disappointed in the man. Jaydn wasn't sure how he had wanted Tristan to respond, but whatever it was, it certainly wasn't that. Giving Tristan a smile that bluntly read 'Is that the best you can do?', Jaydn stared down the man with his cool grey eyes. A part of Jaydn wanted the man to back down from a fight with Jaydn yet another part of him wanted Tristan to join in on the battle of wits that Jaydn and Kyrin usually got themselves into. Perhaps he wanted to assert his superiority here, where he wasn't technically suppose to? Or perhaps he was looking for someone to talk to without feeling that the individual wasn't a complete moron? <******** it, I'll psychoanalyze myself later.

In Jaydn's eyes, Tristan's response to Kyrin's question sounded rehearsed. Doesn't he have any sense of flair? Keeping his focus on Tristan, Jaydn spoke in Japanese so that Kyrin knew it was to her he was speaking.
"Not any farther than I can throw him."

Ian nodded to Nori's response. "Okay. That makes it a lot easier." As long as Kyrin doesn't put me in a dress I'll be fine. Ian tilted his head in confusion. "Oh. Really? Well, that'll be interesting..." Ian muttered quietly, "I hope he's cute..." Ian had thought that some of the mafia members back home were cute. Ian would have even dated them, well, at least one of them. So far, an only thought that two of the male mafia members here were cute, Nori and Mr.Cheeto Man. Ian felt that being in this mafia would be more fun if there were a few cute guys around. Returning back to the original conversation, Ian casually asked, "So...What do you think you guys are going to do for your disguises?"

Jamie laughed from his seat at the table. "I saw him. He's not bad," he shrugged. "And as for costumes, I'm cutting my hair off and dying it black. Nori's going to help me." Listlessly, Jamie ran his hand over the new marking on the inside of his right wrist, a tattooed admonition, a reminder to live. He had gotten it only recently, and with the change in appearance and style, none of the personalities in his former life would recognize him.

Too fast.. Kyrin thought, a little disappointed, He answered too fast. In Kyrin’s mind, the fact that Tristan answered so quickly to the trust question, meant that he wasn’t really as trust worthy as he said. She hadn’t thought it would throw him off though. Tristan’s reply to Jaydn brought a smile to Kyrin’s face, it wasn’t that she found him funny, but she found that he was trying to pick back at Jaydn funny.

Kyrin stood, and turned to Jaydn, she first smiled at his comment before returning with one of her own,
“Stay with him, I’ll be back.” She excused herself from both men and went to the door. She turned and looked back over her shoulder once she reached the door frame, “Behave.” She said to Jaydn as she closed the door on her way out. Kyrin noticed Fiore and Lily by the door as she left, but instead of conversing with them, she gave them an odd look for being outside the door, and continued her way down the hall. She heard voices coming from the kitchen and made her way there.

She smelled food and realized that she was getting a little hungry. Shaking away the feeling, she got her mind back to business. Leaning on the door frame she waited for her presence to be noticed.
