lol the thing about drama...is that it's mainly teen generated, so it bypasses us nicely xd
Vanilla's gone anyway. made a big song and dance about leaving, but she's been banned just to make sure..

I read her Mene sucks thread and was like whatever. Good riddance.
I see some of the drama but I ignore it. I just stick to the purkle thread, the rp threads, and I ventured in to the exchange to find some cheap stuff.
Oh and jelly, if you want I can burn you a copy of Photoshop CS and send it to you. I don't have the newest version though.

I have to say that the 18 and up thread isnt' so bad. Deffinitely SOME drama since most of them seem like they are still at about college-age, but I don't mind spending time there.

That one and Chatspace seemed to move too fast for me! lol. Chatspace had a bit of dramatic-types in it too. wink I stick to Purkles, Parents, and HOOT mainly. And then the quest section. I love stalking fellow questers! I do like the community discussion forum too. That's fun to read.

I also tried once but I'm a little far over 18 so they don't talk to me. If any of them are over 25 I'd be surprised.

I've spent a lot of time in the 18+ thread on and off. there a nice bunch in there, but posts do get missed, always the same in a relatively fast moving thread.
Trinity is 26, but a lot of the others are younger, SomeRandonRandomness is 18, he's Dutch and a real sweetie actually! Mitani's only 15 but that rarely shows through, he's in Finland, i'm constantly awazed by how well foreign members'type' English.
It constantly embarrasses me that as a Brit i'm so ignorant of other people's languages redface
I'm currently having a big row in the staff room over panty auctions..
i never really realised what they were all about, i just thought they were a bit silly, but if people used them to raise funds for charities and so on then fair enough.
But my real issue with them on Mene is they're in the exchange along with normal selling threads. if we say it's ok to sell one item for way more than its store value, then how can we stop people from selling other items likewise?
i don't want to see that happening on Mene, but i seem to be in a minority of one evil

Is Menewsha still down for you guys after the server change? I remember they did something server related back in March and it took several days for my ISP to update the DNS stuff and I'm wondering if the same is going to happen now too.
Darn...and I was only about 200g from my dress there! lol
Oh well! Will get lots accomplished, not being able to access that site!

I haven't tried yet today, but last night (late) I was getting a message regarding the server move. As frustrating as it is, it was smart of him to do it in the middle of the week rather than over the weekend.
