She looks intently at her standard issue compass. And it dawns upon her that the small writing is, in fact, upside down. Having righted this wrong, she found she could in quite easily align the points to meet her desired location. She moved toward the swinging points, eventually ending up at the 'gate, rather tired, and somewhat dishevelled from the personal journey, meeting Captin Casey, and the members of SG4, who had arrived in his party.

 Later that night, the gate opens and Eyes comes through Galey dressed for the Harvest Festival, He follows the torches down the way and to the village, He didnt look to see if anyone followeed him in.

HARVEST FESTIVAL- Rules and Guidlines.
-No Attacks or weird stuff ( this is a peaceful event)
-No wepeons
-Must be dressed correctly (see mess hall for attire)
NPCs
-Elder Farn-Village leader
-Tomas- Boy who is becoming a warrior tonight
-Flin,Has,Trent- 3 other boys becoming warriors tonight.
-Sage Gren- mystic of the village
-Fell free to mingle-
-Plenty of food
MEN: Dont accept cherry pie from any single women (it symobolizes love and fertility and is a marrigee right.
WOMEN: Dont offer a slice of Cherry pie to any Man there, because you will have to marry him and so on and so forth. Unless of course you are Married then its ok as long as its your husband.
Dont accept anything from the Mystic, unless he offers it 3 times.
Stay out of the Stables its where people go after getting cherry pie.
Cherrys: The cherry fruit here is heart shaped and only found on a single tree far away.
Cermonys begin at Midnight

Niko stumbles slightly as he steps through the gate, still unused to such basic clothing. Looking around, he takes in the scene of the festival. ((Man, before I realized there was a set dress code, I'd made a whole tektek dream avvie dressed up to be a diplomat and run around the festival. Then I went to the mess hall and had to dumb it down. Oh well, lol.))

Eyes notices Rose and Water come in, he smiles, finally someone has come in. Hmmm Wing should also be here soon but only to guard the gate. As he enters town he is greeted by Elder Farn. "How fare you Eyes?" he asked. "im doing fine, and you?" "great" Farn responded. "I see shes not here yet!". "Who?" Eyes asked. "The one on your team who was touched by the guiding spirit. "Huh?" "One of your team members awakned the Wandering spirit!" "Hmm? Good or bad?" Eyes asked. "Good, he is an old man that wanders the forest and helps lost souls. He had been dormat for 100 years and it was said that a chosen one would come and awaken him and the chosen one would either lead us to doom or salvation."
Eyes looks skeptically at the Elder. "you know how much I hate
prophecys." Eyes sighed. "Well you know they come true sometimes!" Flarn protested. "yes,but......" Eyes was intrupted by a young women coming over. "hello" she said. " I am Flarn granddaughter, would you like some cherry pie?" Eyes looked at her with a look of disbelief, He picked up the pie and her face brigtened. Then Eyes handed it to a somewhat ugly looking man, who looked at it. Eyes said " She made it, you eat it shes yours. Thats the rules. The Elders granddaughter, took on a look of horror as the ugly man ate the pie. Flarn and Eyes burst out laughing. The Women looked hurt as she was dragged off by the ugly man. Flarn (after he stopped laughing) said "do you think she knows?" he asked. "probbaly not. But shel figure it out when he vanishes with the morning light." Eyes replied. "I always loved creating life-like illusions." said Flarn. Eyes took a deep breath. " It was nice talking but I have to go find someone, Il see you later." "Bye" said Flarn, still chuckling about the previuos joke.

Waters walked through the village, peering in the fading light at all the people milling around. Passing a pie stand next to the stables, he wove through the crowd slowly. Refusing a beverage from Sage Gren, he wandered towards Eyes and Elder Farn.
"What exactly is the reason behind this whole festival?" Waters whispered to Eyes, coming up next to him.

Waters stiffened, a glazed look coming over his eyes.
"An academy operation? Through a stargate? They never seem to like letting us know these things, do they?" He hissed into Eye's ear, beginning to scowl.

Thats because you never payed attention............ever. You probably didnt start paying attention to anything not even memos from the Council, how many messages are on your PCD? 100 ,200? I have gotten at least 300 on mine. except most of them were updates and reports from other worlds. But anyway lets enjoy the festival. And be careful, the only other person who knows aout this stuff is Flarn and thats becasue he was a mentor there for a couple of Rouge Flamers. And watch for Wing I think she was the one who awakned the waner sprit.....

"Are you serious? You know very well I was never one of the Coucil's favorites. 'Always had my head in the clouds' they would moan. Like I cared...Their opinion never really meant that much to me. I mean, sure, I don't have any issues now, but, it just wasn't my thing back then. You know that, I know that. Hell, even Flarn probably knows that!" Waters looked at Flarn's demented smile with a wince. "What's with him, anyway? He's a bit of an odd one, isn't he. Well, regardless...I haven't checked my PCD in a while, true, but, what could they want me for? I'm when and where I'm supposed to be...You're right, let's just enjoy the festival." Waters gave a small laugh and pushed away the drink Sage Gren shoved at him again.
