Dinner: turkey steamed vegetables noodles

Excersize: none
Comments: Argh, I need to get to the grocery store! I have hardly anything to eat at home besides breads and grains. I can't believe I had NO fruit today! X_X

Lunch: turkey mixed vegetables pineapple lemon poppyseed muffin
Snack: puffins cereal w/ skim milk a couple cookies
Dinner: turkey burger with swiss cheese
Water: i dont remember
Excersize: swim practice... kinda
Comments: Swim practice was pretty light today... short, cause we took the team and individual pictures today and it took a long time.

Snack: small mocha ice blended wheat thins veggie chips
Dinner: teriyaki chicken, broccoli, steamed rice

Snack: snappea crisps coconut popsicle
Dinner: 3 slices of pizza too many breadsticks

Excersize: 30 minutes ddr
Comments: Yay, I actually exercised on a weekend for once! biggrin Also, I really really want a scale. whee

Snack: some candy a cookie popsicle
Dinner: orange chicken broccoli & beef steamed rice

Excersize: lower body workout 30 minutes ddr
Comments: a pretty good day biggrin

I wrote down that if I keep my journal every day for 30 days I'll buy myself a scale. Scales aren't that expensive, do you think you could write out a similar deal and ask your mom about it?

Lunch: 1 slice bbq chicken pizza broccoli cilantro mushroom rice brownie
Snack: apple yoplait lite yogurt w/ granola
Dinner: broccoli mashed potatoes & gravy tritip rice pear
Water: i forget... not enough
Excersize: 30 minutes treadmill lower body muscle workout
Weight: 173 lbs
Comments: Aside from having too many desserts, I had a pretty good day. Everything else besides the desserts was healthy and the portions were small. biggrin I need to figure out a way to keep myself from going to the dessert table in the cafeteria. I eat lunch and dinner there every day, and it's buffet-style so you don't have to pay extra for dessert... and it's just so tempting! >_<
Oh yeah, and breakfast. I usually eat a good breakfast. I just overslept today. :[
