((The way I see it is I went back to the HQ, although you can still be in the streets somewhere. I dropped you off a couple blocks away.

Terra listens as the chopper flies away. When all is quiet again, she comes out from her hiding place and continues walking along. She really didn't know where she was going, but she figured she'd find her way to the AoS HQ somehow.

Ashura noticed Terra walking along the street while he was on his way to the HQ. He sized her up and came to the conclusion that she was a Super, and that she was lost. "Are you trying to find the Alliance headquarters?" He asked as he approached her from behind.

Terra blinked and turned around when she heard his voice. When she registered what he had said, she smiled happily. "Yes I am. My name's Terra. And you are?" She reached out her hand in his general direction.

Ashura looked at Terra's hand and ignored it. "My name is Ashura Malakai, General of the Alliance." He started to walk by her, and then smiled a little. "Follow me and I'll take you to your new home."

Terra let her hand fall slowly when she felt him walk past. Ah... one of those. I almost forgot who would be running things... the millitary type. "Yes sir." She said as she straightened her posture and raised her hand to her forehead in a salute. She walked towards him, still smiling. Home... sure.

Arthur walks round the corner to where the action was. 'Awww, i missed it.' He says loudly 'And i need to get to this super alliance place, damn universe...'

A.C. hadn't but seen Dresdeth peek his head out of the alley before she had to book it out of there. As interesting a lead as he would have been, it was no use once the soldiers arrived. They would either get him or they wouldn't, and either way he had nothing more he could show her. Unfortunately, a lot of leads turned out that way--in was the nature of the business.
But if she stayed anyway, there was a chance the skirmish would either 1) collapse the building underneath her, or 2) cause her to get caught. even caught by her own side was bad, because her carried no identification and would have to be cleared by General Coyl himself. Very bad publicity for a spy, and bound to get around to the other side. A.C.'s best tool was being below the radar, unseen even by her own. Even her roommates never saw her.
So she'd gone. The general was at the tail end of a meeting anyhow, so she just hopped it back to base and checked in. By the time she was done, the soldiers she'd escaped from were back, with prisoners (who was the second one?), and it was time to get out again. She'd narrowly avoided being sent on a suicide mission into AoS HQ, but A.C. knew the general. The idea would come up again, and she had to be ready. Before he could spring some equally stupid plan on her, she had to come up with her own.
How to infiltrate Super Headquarters?
While she pondered this, she made her way back to the spot she'd left. After a human skirmish, sometimes other supers--the ones in charge--would come take a look at the damage, see who was taken and how the battle went. They were smart, harder the follow, but usually were a bigger payoff if you could manage it.
There, she found Ashura and Terra, that fox-creature she'd glimpsed a few times before as she followed Dres. And... that man with the sword, the one who fell out of a wormhole into the middle of the street and then just sat there. A.C. had a weird feeling he would come to be important.

Arthur saw the dude who he didn't know and the fox lady. Fox lady couldn't be human, and her and dude he didn't know weren't ripping each other's throats out, so he was probably super too. He ran towards them, shouting. 'Hey! HEY! Um, can you tell me where the alliance of supers is, dude i don't know?'
