Spoilers of Addison's Spinoff!!!
arrow Will Addison get her groove back? Kate Walsh plus Taye Diggs apparently adds up to something good — perhaps even steamy (minus the Mc) — reports the Grey's Anatomy star's new leading man. Offering but a glimpse into what the potential Grey's spin-off has in store, Diggs tells People he and Walsh "have really great chemistry." The chrome-domed Daybreak survivor divulges little else ("It's a secret!" he reminds the mag), but does say they had "just finished" lensing the two-hour backdoor pilot and, "We're hoping people dig it." Or did he mean Diggs it?

arrow In the episode this week it showed a preview for next week and Derek was saying that he came to Seattle to be chief. But Meredith "complicates that." I can't imagine him leavign her because he loves her sooo much, but it looks like it may be him that leaves to another hospital. Ad it showed Izzie's daughter showing up and needing a transplant! O Crap!

arrow Domenica in Manhattan: I'm in desperate need of anything on Grey's Anatomy. Do you have anything good? Just when you thought Meredith's bright, shiny, post-death-experience life was back on track, she will get close to someone only to lose her. And yes, I did say her! It's not a series regular but someone important in her life. So that sums up what the other spoilers are about...

Spin-off stuff.. Chris Lowell's receptionist/surfer dude will be shirtless in a scene. It's also pretty obvious in the pilot that he's being groomed as a love interest for Merrin Dungey's fertility expert. And Tim Daly is actually playing an alternative-medicine doc, not a plastic surgeon as has been reported. And also, Addison is going to be "penetrated" by a little p***k. Several little pricks, actually.

spinoff stuff Studio insiders tells me the first hour of Private Practice’s pilot (which airs as a Grey’s episode in May) is close to completion and is so "fearlessly good" it’s the most likely of all ABC pilots to receive a pickup. Also, how's this for a juicy little casting tidbit: According to sources, Taye Diggs was originally supposed to play a recurring role on Ugly Betty, but then got offered a series-regular role on Private Practice and jumped ship. A few weeks on Betty...or the chance to become the new McHot Guy? I think he made the right choice, don’t you?
Grey's writer Mark Wilding tells me the spinoff would probably be staffing "new writers," rather than cannibalizing the Grey's staff. And great news for Buffy fans, it looks like former BTVS boss Marti Noxon has been tapped to run the spinoff.

arrow Denise in Covington, Virginia: This Gizzie thing is really pissing me off. Tell me George will come clean with Callie this week. Sorry, but their secret will stay hidden from Callie for at least a few more weeks, though she knows something's not right.Samson in Newport Beach, California: Are Cristina and Burke really going to get married? They really are going to make it to the altar in the season finale, and the wedding will be everything Cristina did not want. She'll wear a big dress, have bridesmaids and be writing her own vows. So much for the justice of the peace. The Very funny picture http://images.eonline.com/eol_images/Articles/20070423/285.greys.anatomy.042307.jpg

Question: Is Isaiah Washington leaving Grey's Anatomy?— Karen Ausiello: If he is, ABC is doing a really good job of keeping a lid on it. This much I know for sure: At the end of next Thursday's episode, Burke starts to have some serious reservations about marrying Cristina. And you're never going to believe whom he turns to for advice. (Hint: They had a little dust-up at the Golden Globes.)
Poor Callie will remain blissfully unaware [of george and izzie] until around, um, let's go with May 10. The following week, I believe the smelly brown stuff hits the fan.
Question: On Grey's, will Jane Doe get an actual identity before the end of the season?— Tara Ausiello: I hear she's getting an actual hubby in the season finale, so it stands to reason that her identity is part of the package.
