Choppers750 Well I think its time we raise a true problem though. Our banning policy. Why is it every time we have banned someone Water brings them back a day later? What does anyone learn from a day of being banned? Jack all is what. I think a point should be made not just a sign of you being pissed but a sign they broke the rules. I am not pinning this on Water I see it happen to much and its annoying. People she be banned not just suspended for a day then brought back. Atl east suspend someone for a week or two. No offence Kaen but I thought you should have been out for a week or two as punishment for what you did. As would anyone who broke the rules. Now I have seen that Water above all abuses his modship and brakes the ban rule. The rule is on a three warning base and I have seen two other people who broke the rules three times yet get invited back by none other then Water. Then when confronted he losses his temper and said he had a reason. Reason or not there is none. Kaen is let off in my eyes since he has been gone for al ong time so he has revived in a way and only screwed up one. But I don't see why no one must suffer for there actions cause one mod wants to invite them back. I will not vote his mod powers be taken away for good but suspended till he promises to uphold some damn rules. I know I am seen as a fire starter and you know what I don't care. If I was seen unfit to have my modship then I would want it taken from me. In all truth I would not want to be a unfit mod. But, it is unfair if no one warns them in the first place, and that is all the mod's job's. You should not be allowed to kick someone out, even if they "broke the rules" a couple of times, fine if you warned them beforehand...

Well a warning never clicks for some people. And well like Syko said it was one of us who would have done it she just beat us to the catch. And I don't care what you say your only one of the people he has done this with man. And watch what would happen if he got his power taken away from him anyways. He would start a hate group against SUmi. Or say when he reads this thread and sees what I said. He will try to get me hated. His head is getting to big. He never consolted us about bringing you back he did it himself with no outside word. THats my reasons for wanting him suspended from his mod powers. I may have been pissed at a lot of people. But I haven't even banned someone. Let alone out of anger. I am soft with banning I need a good reason to want to ban someone. Like remember that guy calling you a racist then me cause of how you made fun of how gangsters talked? He got on your case then said I was takin your side cause we are both white. Thats the only person I have wanted to truly ban. And you for braking that rule. But thats it. But he seems to think no one should be banned. You know we don't have any truly banned people?

kaenmikoto AmErIcAnSyKo kaenmikoto AmErIcAnSyKo kaenmikoto (remind me of what i demanded? o.O) and as i asked before, find me the rule that states that i cant disrespect a mod. and as stated before, the only way i ever talked in a disrespectful manner was to carma when i said "******** you". and i believe that situation has been stressed and thouroughly asessed before. the rest of the time i was just arguing. and that is in no way against the rules and never will be. It's more of.. reading between the lines.
I'm sure, when you get a job, there's no rule that says you can't b***h and cuss out your boss. It's legal. But your boss reserves the right to fire your a** at any point in time for any reason he see's fit.
Same goes here, I guess you could say..
But if I had to say why, it would be because you created a hostile work environment and you disrespected your bosses. Of course, that would be if you were under our employment, but, basically the same rules apply..
Just to clear that up a bit.. whee mkay. but i didnt even get banned for swearing. i got banned because i made carma angry and wouldnt let it go. Lol. You got banned by Carma because she beat me to it.. x]
She didn't want ME to get in trouble (Bless her heart), so she wanted to take the blame..
You got banned for those reasons I listed, not because Carma was mad (though she was when she did it, it had nothing to do with the little grudge). cool
3nodding what reasons did you list? o.O (and if disrespecting a mod was one of them, why wasnt i banned before the argument when i said "******** you" to carma?) Because I gave you a warning for that. o.o

But I got no say. eh? o.O since when does seniority matter here? if anyone, i think i would be one of the most justified to question the rules. why? because i was here when the guild was made. I was too. I was just gone for awhile. Ok a long time. But no one should be aloud to do that. Just cause your here for a long time doesn't make you better then the rest of the members. You should have some respect for the mods as well. I am not trying to start a fight though, just prove a point. proving a point that i disagree with, therefore you will start a point. and you just contradicted yourself. in your previous post, you said that i was "aloud to spit on the rules...without even being gone for a week or two". which i took as: kaen shouldnt be allowed to disrespect the mods after being back for so little time. then you just said "just cause your here for a long time doesn't make you better th(a)n the rest of the members" which i took as: "kaen shouldnt be allowed to disrepect the mods just because he was here a long time" you see the conflict? but besides that, i never even said or implied that i was better than anyone else. and if you havent noticed, i almost got banned because someone was angry at me. if they had wanted/ been allowed to (by the rules) to ban me because of my "cussing at/direspecting" a mod, they would have done it a long time ago after i first cussed at carma. so no. i shouldnt be allowed to cuss at mods, but its not against the rules. and also had you been reading these previous posts, hardly no one is mad at me for cussing at carma. not even carma herself. ...Carma is used to it... Sadly enough. >.> I just think its rude using any type of.. swearing. When i was younger, i just used it cause i could... and i had just found it out. xD... I tried to use '********' in every second sentence. But now, that ive... well i cant say ive grown up or matured very much... Ive gotten bored and tired of not-needed swearing. 3nodding Andd... i think that people can discuss anything civilly, swearing wont help prove there point at all... i agree, but swearing CAN emphasize a point. 3nodding in a crude way, but it emphasizes it nonetheless. especially if you are like me and dont swear often. that way, when i do swear, its a special occasion and people will go "wow. he never usually swears. he must be really angry" 'Xactly, but you haven't been here for awhile... So i cant tell. >.>

I say, if a mod bans someone, the only person who should be allowed ANY say in the bringing back of that person, would be someone of higher rank.. That being Sumi.
We've too many mod's in here who think one thing or another, and to be honest, I really don't think it's their problem. The problem is between the mod, the victim, and the vice captain or captain. None of this "I like this person so I'll bring them back because I want to" bullshit from other mod's.
The decision is made for a reason, and Sumi should be the only person who can say "Yes" or "No".

Syko: No, it's never good to have just one person decide on the banning. For whatever reasons, even if it's intelligent Sumi, there may be some bias in the decision.
But, now that I think about it, I agree that not all mods should have the right to have a say in the argument. Perhaps a group of 3 higher ups should be decided, one of which would be definately Sumi.
However, I'm not sure who those three would be.. Muchos members of this guild are a bit rash and quick with their decisions, or are too nice/mean. Haha.
