Then you must send a trade to the charector E.F.E with the amount it says on the first page.
2. You send the payment by trading with E.F.E, a mule acount used by the mods for stuff.
3. You put the card in your signature with the URL for this guild attached to it so when people see it they will be like, "OMG! I want to go to that guild!"
