kamuikoishi little_kitty_chan kamuikoishi little_kitty_chan kamuikoishi the anime goes off in its own original story in the second arc by not focusing on the manga. so... i think the manga is better because they visit a world with the rg veda characters which i think is cool because its more clamp crossover characters. the anime doesnt include many clamp characters. however, the anime does have better art work for the tsubasa characters, for clamp made the tsubasa characters..."pointy". RG veda's crossover's coming. from chibiyuuto(as always), copied and pasted: Tsubasa: Upcoming Episodes: 7 - Ashura's Legend Sharano country, it'll end before they travel to Shurano. 8 - Endless War Shurano country 9 - Two Memories Shurano country. 10 - Feelings that Cross Time Back to Sharano. -sakura oh, i know that. i already read the manga up to vol. 11, however, the anime skips these chapters and goes striaght to the piffle world chapters in the second season. thats what i meant. no, i mean, episodes 7-10 of the second season of tsubasa's ANIME is about ashura and such! what i meant was that yes indeed does the whole shurano/sharano thing happens... -sakura hmm...well, i just didnt know that till just now. in the manga, they go to shara world first and then go to piffle world. now i know that in the series they go backwards by going to piffle first and then going to shara. yeah, but the series wouldve started out depressing. (ashura's world IS depressing. i mean, come on! its war, they dont know whether kurogane and fai are really kurogane and fai, ashura and yasha meet a tragic end, and both sides are left without a king! ) i guess piffle had a lighter theme, so they decided to start out with something mellow and stuff.... but while i see their reasoning, i still would've preferred the angst and blood before piffle.... -sakura

as much as I love both, i will always like the manga better. for two reasons, 1) i was introduced to it forst and second becase im more of the manga type. the anime is just..meh.

I like both!^^ heart I mean if you watch an episode on youtube and theres no subtitles you'll know whats going on if you read the manga before the episode!^.^ biggrin

well shura DOES have a lighter part, like the backstory romance between ashura and yasha.
anyways, LeCourt is comming up and i see HEAVY butchering crying ESPECIALY kuro's past

both are incredible. But I like the art in the manga better. The anime, they seem... more child-like to me. Still, they're both awesome!! xd

they killed shura. its just my opinion, but i say they killed shura.
my God, they episodes for it were bad.
almost none of the comedic parts didnt work out right, and the statues look hideous. ashura's supposed to look androgynous, isnt he? he didnt in the anime...
he looked....really bad....
by the way, syaoran looked alot like a spinning top in the scene where the scary men of jinja and circus women fight and stuff...
oh, and soseki looked bad. i hate him already, but now i feel sorry for him. jeez, he really does look bad.
oh, another thing. DAMN YOU, BEETRAIN!!
kurogane only tapped that guy with the back of his swords. while i enjoyed that he didnt think they were even worth hitting, i was also mad about the fact that he didnt fight them properly. I WANNA SEE SOME BLOOD, DAMMIT!! and signs of kurogane's greatness. 3nodding
so many more complaints, but ill save my breath...
and dominate....

its not that i hate kuroXfai so much that i want beetrain to boot it, but more like....
i dont want to see them ruin the perfectnes.

little_kitty_chan XD i believe you. neh, but i'd actually prefer that they dont air it. its not that i hate kuroXfai so much that i want beetrain to boot it, but more like.... i dont want to see them ruin the perfectnes. i mean, seriously. they'll KILL the scene, i tell you!! gonk -sakura true. theyll ruin everything about acid tokyo V_V theyre also going to DESTROY kuro;s memory crying [folowing may contain spoilers] 1 we wont see FWR's sword go thru his momy. nope. she'll die of natural causes or soemthing stare we wont see kuro's daddy's arm in the mouth of the oni-dragon. nope. we wont see psyco-kuro bumping off all those ninjas. and most certainly we wont see tomoyo slicing thru kuro's hand with that spell. eek .nope. theyll most likely breeze thru kuro's memories in an episode and a half domokun

heh I must be a horrible fan, seeing as I still hasn't gotten past the world Ashura in both manga and anime TT-TT but I believe both anime and manga have their good and bad points.
-with anime comes awesome songs (especially when Sakura sang You Are My Love at the country of Outo whee )
- manga has more freedom and are usually longer than their animes.
- with manga there are no worries of horrible-ness ^^
- in anime they have voices.. one can now dream of Syaoran, calling their name X3 (peh I wish crying )
- anime has color, makes the world prettier ^^
- both anime and manga has different styles to their drawing, which is nice =3
