No. It doesn't really mean anything, it's just something some crackhead came up with. |

you know i think we could take evidence from kuruk's story. he obsessed over worldly attachments (his wife) and to me it seemed he sucked as a avatar. he sucked enough that aang didn't know his name. aang knew roku, kysohi, and yangchen! yangchen was before kuruk.
anyways, kuruk's wife was from the southern water tribe. he lost her to koh and then devoted the rest of his life trying to find her. shrieking you responsibilities to the world anyone?
hmmm i don't know if i explained this well. i am trying to multi task and listen to tzo.

I felt so bad for that guy. He had a terrible loss, but he really shouldn't have let it get in the way of his Avatar duties. I agree with you that he wasn't as good an Avatar as he should have been.

Seriously. I find Aang to be very selfish. If something he has to give up something of his own, he refuses to do it. Maybe not all the time, but pretty often. -.-

When he had to give up Katara, he refused, even if it meant other's would suffer. Sad, yes, but he has to think of the other people in the world he doesn't even know and the pain their going through.

Look at the pepsi logo, seriously. Zutara has it's own soda brand. Again, this is a "The Fortuneteller" screen cap, so why does the symbol look like YING and YANG circling one another? Kataang? I think not. xp

The scars:
The one on Zuko's left eye - he got it defending the lives of innocent soldiers from a war generals cruel plan. Katara offered to heal it, and it's one of the things they bonded over.
The one one Zuko's stomach - he got it protecting Katara from Azula's lightning. Katara healed it, and it's a very important symbol of how deeply they care for each other.
Both Zuko's scars were recieved in acts of selflessness, and both have an important significance to his relationship with Katara.
The scar on Aang's back - he got it because he refused to unloc the Avatar State until the last minute, giving Azula an opening to shoot him with lightning. Katara healed it with the Oasis water, which she originally planned to use on Zuko.
The scar on Aang's left foot - same deal.
Both Aang's scars were recieved because of selfishness - if he let go his own desires for the sake of his duties as the Avatar, he probably wouldn't have gotten hurt by Azula. He and Katara did not bond over these wounds at all (as far as I can remember, anyway), and immediately after receiving them, Katara holds him in a way that greatly resembles Pieta, A.K.A Mary holding her son, Jesus.
Also, I don't know what this significance would be, but note the placement of each of their scars. They're the reverse of each others.
Zuko - Left Eye, stomach Aang - Left foot, back
... So, any theories on what this means? Or am I just going insane? xP
