He looked behind him and towards the door with a confused look on his face. Apparently, he wasn't aware that he was the 'new' customer.

"side effects" she said cluelessly "and zombies????? what kind of drinks are theses" she asked dart
"oh" she turned to the newcomer "hi my name is kaori and yours is???" she said holding out her hand politely

He heard Kaori speak and realised that she was speaking to him as she held out her hand.
"Joe"
He replied as he tilted his head sideways studying her hand as if he was unsure of what he was supposed to do before bursting into a giggling fit. Whatever he had had before he entered was doing wonders for his social life.

"Bert Hark Mr. Skase" Bert says while shaking the mans had. The half-ferret takes another quick scan into the mans brain and says "I would recomend you refrain from any sort of manipulation or mind control in here. If you're wondering how I know of this it is because I am a telepath which means I can read your mind." Bert says in a slighty less friendly tone than before.

As Bert read Joe's mind, he'd quickly realise that Joe was very intoxicated and wasn't doing a lot of thinking let alone manipulating.
Joe raised an eyebrow as Bert introduced himself, wondering why he was shaking Bert's hand and why this hand was manly rather than feminin seeing as the female who had spoken to him only moments ago had offered her hand to him and he had been too busy giggling to accept it.
It was as Bert warned him not to anything stupid that he noticed the man infront of him wasn't exactly human and he wondered if just maybe he should lay off the drink before deciding hallucinations were fun.
"Ok"
He agreed to the warning Bert had given simply because agreeing with him sounded like fun rather than understanding the warning itself.

"Actualy, a battle between all of us could create a large destructive force, stong enough to collapse the power into itself, that is if i break this pendant, but that's a story for another." Dart said chuckling slightly.

The small conversation between Bert and Dart brought on another fit of giggles. There had been no indication of violence so far and the thought of a fight breaking out amused him greatly.
Half way through the fit he seemed to sober up suddenly, only to look straight at Dart.
"You got something to drink around here?"
He asked, as sober as the next person. Of course, he was far from sober and another drink would see him back in happy land but he had learned to control his body enough to pull off being sober even in the state he found himself in.

Still in a more sober state than he had been before, he looked at Kaori and for a second his confusion to who she was and why she wanted him to shake her hand showed.
It only took the second for him to put things into place and shake her hand looking sheepishly.
"I'm sorry, Bert over there.." As he made his excuse for being rude to her he realised that it didn't really matter why he hadn't shaken her hand, only that he hadn't. "...I'm sorry"

It was then that Arisa stepped out from the kitchen, holding a fruity little drink. She smiled brightly and pulled it off the tray, handing it to Kaori. She jumped up as a man almost fell on her, she started apologizing. Was she in the way? Then again, he was stumbling around and giggling. He asked for a drink, and Arisa yanked Dart aside. "He's already drunk off his arse! Think we should really supply him? Honestly.." She looked to him as he started apologizing to Kaori. He seemed sweet for the time being, and he seemed like a silly drunk. Evil thoughts entered Risa's mind, but she quickly shook them off. That was a nickname of Arisa's; Risa. She slowly looked around, then back to Dart. He would decide. But once he seemed a bit more sober she loosened her tight grip on Dart's shoulder. "Mmmn...Nevermind." Dart could tell her eventually, but untill the man was sober, Risa would only give him virgin drinks. That was what she was going off to do now. She stepped back into the kitchen, grabbing a few drinks and making a soft mixer for the man. SHe then walked out with the drink on a tray, and she handed it to the drunken man.

"Arisa, it's clearly an act, a clever trick that many people use at bars, it takes the fullest concentration to pull of the sober look when you're drunk, but some have the ability to decieve anothers perception, the only way you could tell that he's sober right now is if we took a blood sample to see his alchohol quoetiont, I meen..." Dart tryed to figure out what he could say about this technology he'd accidently revealed from the future."...we'd need to make him walk in a straight line, however at this bar of ours we serve drinks at whatever request no matter the condition...I meen bar of mine, after all...I have yet to find a co-owner, although it would probaly wiser to, due to how old I am." Dart remembered that he looked young and Arisa didn't know any idea how old he was. "Sorry Arisa I forget to tell you I'm well over 10,000 years old." Dart said apoligeticly.

He missed the discussion on his ability to fake being sober whilst appologising to Kaori.
He smiled at Arisa as she handed him a drink of sorts.
"Thank you kindly"
He thanked her, something in his eyes giving away that he thought her to be good looking.
Once he took a sip of the non-alcoholic drink, he looked at it amused, then looked back at Arisa realising his mistake at asking for a 'drink' without being specific.
"You're one of the few people I've met that take me litterally. I like that"
He assured her, apparently not having a problem with the lack of alcohol in the drink, still too drunk to see it as a problem.
