Zia and Linda shrugged. Maida turned upside down on the rat lines and hung by the back of her knees, looking for all the world like an upside down bird.

Zia turned upside-down like her friend.
"So hit till they fall apart." "Oh good plan, Zia." "Why thank you." "I wasn't serious. Anyone with half a brain fart could've thought that one out."
Zia whacked Maida's head with the back of her hand.
"Ow! What was that for?" "For calling me a dunce!" "I'll show you dunce!"
Maida grabbed her friend and pulled her off the rat lines, taking them both down with a shriek. The two ended up tumbling on the deck, rolling over each other.

He walks up to the struggling pair, and pulls them apart, holding them at arm's length away from each other.
Kibo: No fighting. Well, at least not until you're out on the open ocean and Bigfoot has no way to get rid of you.

Neither of the newfound pirates was hurt a lick and was shaking with laughter.
"Again! Let's do that again!" "Oh yes, that was ever so much fun." "This time, higher!"
The friends slipped out of Kibo's grip easily and scrambled back towards the rat lines. Linda climbed out of they're way, in fear of being pulled down, unintentionally.
