[[ Helios ]] Here's a list of what we're playing next year, Im not sure of what's in what show yet. Roundabout Aqualung Jailhouse Rock Viva Las Vegas Kung Fu Fighting Celebration Play That Funky Music Rawhide Peter Gunn Theme Think (Freedom) Shake A Tail Feather Rock the Boat Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap Evil Ways Gone Daddy Gone I think that's it. We played Peter Gunn a couple years back. Talk about boring. This coming season our show is music from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

I believe I'm doing Grease this upcoming year. Last year my band did the Blues Brothers. The Songs were: Soul Man, Flip, Flop, Fly, Soul Finger,(Everyone laughed at that) and Think/I can't Turn You Loose. It was a lot of fun I have to say.

We're doing the planets, Jupiter, Venus, and Mars. My band directors are suckers for jupiter. So if we ******** that up they're going to kill us.

Ours is "The Speed of Sound". It sounds pretty good, but the beginning's in 5/4, and there's a part where we alternate 3/4 and 4/4 for four bars. Marching fun...

Well first we did Wicked, from the musical, then we did "Go West" which featured western cowboy stuff, and this year we are going east and calling it.........
"EURO TRIP"
with songs from France, Ireland, and Spain

This year we are playing more of an American themed show. We are not happy with it but the band director said that it will hit home to a lot of people. We don't really have any themes cause of the whole traditional marching band thing but I don't mind.

Well, after weeks of waiting [darn you California for being the late ones in marching] we finally get out theme, called 'The Road not Taken'.
XD It's an interesting pick of theme...unfortunatley the opener begins at 170, then 92, then 150, then 162, then 170 O_o. This will definitely be an interesting show...

last year we did west side story and we had red uniforms
and this year we have black uniforms so we are doing songs with black in the name one of the songs is back in black by ac/dc
