Flare sidestepped, but got hit on one leg. Ignoring the pais, she jaumped at Char trying to rip off some of his scales.((She has fire resistant feathers and Char has Fire resistant scales 3nodding ))

Char whacked Torch repeatedly on the head, roaring in pain. When she didn't let go, he twisted around to bite her.
((So annoying that when fighting, the posts can't be that long, lol))

Flare knew she couldn't escape his gaping jaws and started attacking the spot she had gotten a scale off of. The jaws clamped her foot as she continued her attack. She felt like screaming in pain but kept attacking.

Finally, Char couldn't take the pain anymore. He released Torch and pushed her off.
How annoying that I can't use ember!! Terra thought.
