((I want to get this spirit. So, I'm going to post here and see what hapens.))
Q, still surrounded by the spirits, made no move regarding the new arrival outside the door. He could almost touch the spirit now. It was weaving around him, and testing him on its own. He realized this with a smile, seeing that he and this other spirit would get along well. He began to spin, seemingly randomly, sometimes making a quick lunge forward or back. He and his kindred knew what was going on. Once they were within arms reach of each of each other, the spirit would lose. And Q knew that, just like himself, this spirit would make a mistake some time soon...

Ishira watched intently and smiled. Q had quickly bounded with his spirit and Ishira hoped that soon the lesson would continue on, quicker then the others.
"I would like to see if the spirit and you could transefer each others energy Q... " Ishira hoped he would pick up how he could do that from the examples that she had done, but then again a lot of time had passed....

((This is my new account....My other was banned for stupid and false reasons...but, I'm still here...lol))
Gil knew he would have plenty of time later to train with and challenge his dear friend, so after a brief nod, he turned away and moved over to the mass of bodies once again.....
He had lost the progress he'd made with the arrival of Liana, so he knew he'd have to start anew....And he did not waste any time.....
Gil closed his eyes,....It was a small comfort to rest them, after the use of his Kurogan,.....but it was only for a moment,....They opened seconds after closing, his Kurogan once again in effect......He turned his eyes to the sea of people,......
While he knew he could easily find those energies close to his own by pure sight, he knew finding a perfect match would require a closer proximity.......And so, slowly, he moved out into the mass of bodies.....
To his eyes, he saw forms of varying shades and strengths of light, and he found the ones that resembled his own.......And as he allowed his mind to probe them,.....he soon found one that was closer than any of the others.....He stopped....
With his mind, he reached out to the spirit, and was shocked when the connection was made almost instantly......He'd found the one alright,....and it was indeed a Perfect match.....so much in fact that the spirit almost felt like a part of him.....
Having acquired his target, Gil released his Kurogan......His vision was hazy for a moment before finally clearing.....And as it did so, Gil looked into the face of his partner......

Ishira smiled to see Gil working hard again. She had started to worry about him but now was impressed. Q and Gil were learning quicker then she ever had and thought it made her jealous it was good.
"Gil if you can transfer your energy back and forth between the Spirit and yourself then you can move on." She smiled and then looked to Kioke, her own spirit. She wondered if the two boys had learned the name of their spirit yet, but would wait to say anything about it.

Q decided to stop the spinning dance he was performing with his match. when he did this, he was able to physically see it clearly, separated from the other forms, yet hidden in a haze, one he did not want to see through quite yet. He closed his eyes, and reached out. He reached out a transparent tendril of light, making contact lightly, barely brushing.
However, his kindred spirit was not nearly as cautious. It pulled his tendril deep into itself, linking them deeply, nearly exposing the core of their beings to each other.
Q, stunned by this, nearly broke contact. However, the pure compatibility of their energy kept him connected. Their energy was so compatible it held him there, connected, glued to the spot.
All this happening in a split second, looking like nothing more than a tendril of faintly shimmering light connecting the two.
Hello there! So, I see our energy matches quite well. So, your sensei wants us to share energy... That's a big commitment, you know. You won't be able to undo that.
Q could feel the spirit scrutinizing him. Damn... He knew that it was just playing, but it was dead on. He was afraid of letting himself grow close to anything, especially this fast. No matter how similar their energy happened to be, he needed a moment to consider the circumstances..

Gil was actually shocked to see his spirit match was actually a young boy.....The boy was a bit small, even scrawny,....but there was a light in his eyes.....It spoke of confidence,.....Gil smiled....It was ironic, how much the boy suddenly reminded him of himself......
Gil smiled,....he was not shocked to find the boy already knew his name.....In fact it seemed only right that he should, somehow.....He could not get over the feeling, that the boy was somehow a part of him....
Nonetheless, he pushed the though aside,......He thought back to what Ishira had said about transferring his energy to the boy and vice-versa....... It did not seem like a had task to accomplish but he was sure it would have its challenges......
Gil did understand the concept, however.......It was not so much as giving the boy his energy, as it was trading it,......If he was certain,....The process involved more circulation than anything else.......He was sure he could accomplish the task if he found a way to do just that......
Gil smiled at the boy,.....He knew he was prepared.....and it again shocked Gil as to how much of a bond they had.........Then it hit him.....The Bond......If he could just strengthen that bond, it would be as though their energies were one,......Gil's eyes lit up with understanding.......Then he looked into Gabril's eyes....
Gil began to concentrate on the bond,.....He allowed his energy to build slowly,......and as he poured concentration into strengthening the bond he felt it growing,.....as though the two were indeed becoming one......He was careful not to go too far though,....to much and he would cease to be himself........but he continued, allowing his mind and his energy to become almost a symbiot of the boy's......
Gabril had kept a straight face throughout the entire process, and Gil's respect for him grew......Despite his outwardly appearance, the boy was indeed of great strength,......and he was realizing that even more as his mind and energy reached out to graft itself with Gabril's........As the contact was made, Gil knew he had been successful.....
It was an odd feeling.....his energy did not attempt to oppose Gabril's and in fact it was as though it was actually HIS energy........
Gabril knew what the step would be, and he wasted no time........He did not force his energy to flow into Gabril,.....that was never a wise thing to do......he simply guided it, allowing it to flow and take the place of the boy's energy as his did the same......
The similarity of their energies made things very easy indeed,.....he knew, had this been performed with any other energy, his body would attempt to reject it,.......But as the two energies circulated, trading places, he felt no strain to his mind or body......he smiled again.......it seemed he was finally grasping the concept of Ishira's lesson......

Watching Gil performing the task given them gave Q the conviction to bind with his spirit. There was no way for him to continue his training and skill without continuing. He already went to the trouble of finding his partner in the cloud of spirits... one little commitment would not stop him.
He took a deep breath, and let his energy out. He'd already established a connection, now he was simply opening it, like a gate, allowing his energy to flow out as it willed.
For a moment, a long, hanging moment, he thought something had gone wrong. He was giving his spiritual signature to someone wrong, opening his core to someone not in his best interest.
Then, with a shadow of a chuckle, his spirit allowed its own energy to flow back. He could feel it, almost identical to his own energy. It did have a unique quality, and Q was glad to have made this ally. He could only imagine the possibilities that this new energy could reveal. The energy was like a drug, coursing through Q, his energy flowing in tandem with it into the spirit before him. It invigorated him, made him feel more whole than anything else had ever done. He knew that this would be a new chapter not only in his training, but his life.
He opened his eyes, ready to receive the spirit totally. However, its form surprised him. It seemed to be something out of a dream. A misty form, draped in a faint blue super light scarf which floated in even the slight currents of air generated by the still-orbiting spirits. Clothed in a dark swath of cloth, wrapped around him into the shape of a mysterious robe, and topped with a fright of white hair, standing straight and drooping down and back. The face was long, and a faint smile was etched into the lips. The eyes were an extremely faint shade of grey, the irises barely distinguishable from the whites.
The spirit's smile grew wider, sensing the stunning effect his rather bold appearance had on Q.
What were you expecting, the Easter Bunny? the spirit said. Q sighed, knowing that this spirit would never pass up an opportunity to use a lame line.
So, what should I call you? I assume I don't name you...
In the time it would take for me to pronounce one syllable of my name, hundreds of thousands of suns would be born into existence, and flare back into nothingness. He chuckled, and Q couldn't fully contain a smile. That is, if I talked very, very slowly. You can call me Daeor, meaning shadow and brother. No need to introduce yourself, I've already gathered your name from our connection. I hope we manage to stick together for a while!
Q nodded, internally and externally. No matter how corny this Daeor was, Q could tell he'd be both a useful help, and an interesting person to get to know.
Daeor drifted over to Q, his robes flowing nearly as lightly as his scarf, and together they turned to Ishira. Q in expectation, and Daeor simply to feel a part of the moment.

Even as the circulation of energy stopped, Gil could still feel the presence of his own energy.....He was filled to the brim with the boy's energy, and he could feel it moving through his body.....It was invigorating....It contained all the youth of its owner, yet it was remarkably familiar to him......It was amazing, this technique.....
Gil looked into the face of his Spirit partner.....The boy was smiling back at him....and once again Gil was reminded of himself.....The boy looked nothing like him, but he felt closer than a brother.....
Gabril looked into Gil's eyes, as he would his father, with all the admiration and respect of a son.......It was truly strange having his energy suddenly replaced, but it was not necessarily uncomfortable......He felt almost the same....yet his new found energy seemed much more disciplined, and reacted easily to his will.....it was a new feeling for him, considering he had always allowed his energy to flow freely....
Gil returned the smile then offered a nod to the boy....Then, still smiling he turned his eyes on Ishira.....

((I forget what my animal ally was. I think it was a fox, but I can't remember... It was either a fox or a wolf, and I had barely gotten it when the original dojo disappeared.... Anyone fill me in with more info on those animals? I was updating my character profile, and I remembered that, and know nothing other than I had it. Maybe we can cover that in character once I finish this lesson...))

((It's ok, I'm just bothered by it's absence. It's not like it can help in the current situation, no need for speed. I'm just...so LONELY! *sob* ... without my little critter. Anyways, if Ishira and Tut don't remember, I'll probably just make it up.))
