I'm not really sure.. i started to like yaoi type things when i was like 6 or 7 because of my 15 year friends liing that stuff... i always have liked it though... i think it was Ash/Gary from pokemon that really got me hooked though...

I was into it before this but my first real couple was DaisukexKen/KenxDaisuke. SO KUTE, ELITE fan girl squeeel ( wich is quite anuff for the pair to continue and not run away) Elite.

They popped my yaoi cherry; I'm so never going to get over them. I still get wibbly when I remember how much I loved that show as a kid.

My first ever yaoi couple was actually Suichi and yuki from gravitation i saw pics of them but didn't know who they were! But i have anothe rfirst yaoi couple my first OC yaoi couple of deuce and niko. I wuv them so much!

my first yaoi was a very graphic sephiroth/cloud, but i thing it was axel/roxas that really got me hooked heart and zexion/demyx(personal fav)

Heero/Duo. Gundam wing. My first yaoi couple. and i still love them! Now, everywhere i go i see yaoi couples that are or should be....
second couple was shuichi and yuki from gravitation

Hmmm... well, I wasn't really interested in shonen ai and yaoi for awhile... always thought it was icky. Until I saw this thread with shounen-ai pictures, of course... but that's not the point.
I did become slightly intrigged by a few SessInu things I saw, but never really was a fan. It wasn't until Ouran High School Host Club that I became a big fan of shounen-ai and yaoi. And, my first ever shounen couple was... *drum roll* HikaruxKaoru!
Of course, at first when I saw their little twincest act in the show, I thought it was really gross. I was like, "WTF?! Gay?! Incest?! Twins?!". A fanfiction changed my mind, though. And after that I became the shounen-ai/yaoi fangirl I am today. Interesting story, eh? XD

For me, it was Harry/Draco (in that order :p).
I can't remember what the story was about, I just know I was 12-ish at the time, and the story was rated PG-13 xd
Loved it.
Haven't looked back since.
Of course, I've expanded my fan-base since then ^.^

I think what first initiated my interest in yaoi was yuri, sailor moon style, between sailor Neptune and Uranus.

My first pairing was Yukito/Toya from Carcaptor Sakura. I just thought they were so cute! Then, it was Yugi/Atem and Yugi/Seto from Yugioh. The whole hate/I'm gonna crush you attitude Seto displayed towards Yugi set that pairing up. It snowballed after that and I have a horrible urge to pair characters from anime and books all the time. It's like a curse!

My first yaoi pairing was TrunksXGoten from Dragonball GT. The reason for this was because I didn't know of any other anime series . . . but DAMN, are they hot!!!

gravitation defiently and then when i saw that my favorite band (my chemical romance) were kissing men they were all bio sexual then i loved gravitation since the first time i saw it biggrin 3nodding
