I say Tenten because for one Hinata is his cousin XD not that thats bad but secondly they are basically opposite stare hmm... neji is prolly what people could call the "strong-silent type" but that would prolly be hinata, so i'm gonna say neji is the strong semi-silent type sweatdrop hinata and neji dun even really like each other, why the heck would they even go out!?!?! .... just a thought...

I'd say it'd have to be Hinata.. For a few reasons
arrow Even though they are couins, yes, it is legal for them to marry
arrow Even though Hinata likes Naruto, he won't notice her feelings beacuse he is really really pursuing Sakura.
arrow They'd HAVE to marry inside the family if they wanna keep the Byakugan within the bloodline.
arrow I think it'd be a really good pair, personally. xd

He may still have a Strong cold look, but for example after the chunnin exan, they show Neji helping Lee, and hesitante to leave with shikamaru and the group to stay and help Lee. well there's my (1)(1)'s
