Kray bursts out laughing, something he hasn't done for some time. Life in the ruins can be hard, with little time for joking.
"Sure, I can sit there and relax, after I stop laughing! You just wanna see if I can pee my pants now, hu?" Kray sits down on the table that was indicated by the doctor.
(Sorry, I have to go to bed now. See you tomorrow!)

"Only if it comes from either fear or pain." Luca said, picking up the saw. He laughed and set it back down, then turned to the computer monitor. "Computer, conduct cranial scan on subject: human, male."
Three metal tubes jected from the part of the chair Kray's head was resting on. They each took a position around his head, one next to each ear, and the third one over his head. A blue light shone from each tube for about a minute before the lights stopped and the tubes retreated back into the chair's headrest. "Finished." Luca said. "You can get up now, it's going to take a little while for the scan to show on the moniter.

"Can do." Luca said. A new image appeared on the moniter. Luca was silent for a moment. "Well...surprise surprise..." He said, staring wide-eyed at the image of Kray's brain. "You aren't human..." He turned and looked at Kray again. "I've never seen technology so advanced..." He said, still with a trace of shock in his voice. "You even have a blood type."

"What do you mean? Not human? I have parents, have birthdays, bleed, eat, sleep. OK, tell me what you are seeing, or better yet, let me see." Kray tries to sneak a peek at the monitor (Unless it isn't hidden and is out in the open sweatdrop ).

Luca enlarged the image on the moniter, showing an entire mechanical structure in Krayton's head. "What's even weirder is that several wires protruding from the structure suggest more mechanical body parts that might be connected with the main structure." Luca brought up another screen with a profile for Krayton. "And I already know that you can bleed and slepp and what not..."

"Funny, that image looks exactly like what my parents were working on before the Scarabs raid. What is it doing on your monitor?" Krayton sees the image, recognizing it from a while back, remembering his parents, and all the love they had for him.

Luca sighed. "That," He said, pointing to the picutre, "Is a scan of the inside of your head."
"You parents must have been working with scanning equiptment when the raid happened." Night said.

"But why would they have that same image?" Kray seems unwilling to except the simple facts that are in front of him.
"It can't be. Not what I am thinking. That just isn't possible." Kray shakes his head, trying to make the evidence disappear or something.

Two clawed and booted feet were resting on the dashboard of the Featherspace 13, a small, yet fast and reliable fighter ship. Soft, growling snores echoed through the metallic craft, coming from the rather odd pilot. Slowly, vibrant eyes began to open as a small, red button began to flash.
'5 minutes till you arrive at your destination, is there anything I can get you, ma'am?" Tayorion sighed, a deep purr coming from her throat. "It's alright Nav, I'll be fine." The brown and green furred morph scrathed at her pinted and furred ears, yawning loudly.
'Then I shall dismiss myself, ma'am, for the time being.'
"Alright Nav..." Lowering her feet, Tay spun in her comfy chair, resting her gloved hands behind her head as she did so. Pressing a smaller, more blue colored button, she spoke into an overhead microphone.
"Featherspace 13 to base, do you come in? Featherspace 13, from Sector 7 is ready to land, please access me clearance, sah."

"Featherspace 13, you are clear to land in port B5" A voice echoed from Tayorion's uni-com link.
"I'm not joking anymore, kid." Luca said, looking back at Krayton. "This is a picture of what the inside of your skull looks like, that construct might even be your brain..."

"I know. My parents were working on a new android brain type when the raid happened. That was the same diagrams that were on the walls and monitors. They often let me in their labs when I was young. It was fun working with them." Kray remembers the good times, before the attacks.
"I just don't understand why you got the same thing when you scanned my brain." Kray slowly puts the pieces of the puzzles together, and was well ahead of the rest, just not willing to admit it yet, their had to be a different explanation.

The day of the raid, as the blast doors are being pounded on my scarab fire (oh, and question, how long ago did the Scarabs attacks start? I was thinking it must have been a while, like a few years?), The doors slowly starting to give.
"Kray, We need to tell you something, before it is too late."
"Mom, Dad, what?" Kray responds.
"You, you are our son, and we love you dearly." His mother says.
"You are.." His dad starts to say.
"I don't think he is ready." His mother quickly interrupts.
"It is either now or never. I want our son to know the truth." He says back, holding her hand, gripping them like he will never he his wife ever again.
The attacks on the door became louder, and the door starts to glow red from the laser fire.
(More to come. What do you think? Have Kray as their son, but his real brain was severely injured by an accident? Or I could have it as they couldn't have a child, and their for cloned his body and implanted a mechanical brain into it, making a son? What do you think?)
