That would work. Also, if they want to have it replaced or edited, they'll have to go through us, and we'll keep checking our PM boxes. We'll know if they submitted it on time or not.
Yeah. Usually letters or items start around 10k when they're released. So if we have four people donating then it would be 2.5k each. Then again, someone can donate $2.50 for a letter.
Oh yeah, we'll need judges.

I'll help as well so we can have two prizes. Maybe we can do it separate, one for poetry and one for prose. Or we could have one for originals and one for fan fiction. Not sure how popular the poetry section is going to be.
Sure. They can apply. I was thinking at least three judges, preferably people who know different fandoms if we're doing fan fiction. As to leading this, either one of us can do it. I'll volunteer to lead this thing though at times I might be busy, and I dun want my PM box to fill up. So all entries will have to go to my mule.
Any news from the captain?

*shakes head* Havn't heard from Placebo since she asked if I wanted to take over the guild.
I can help out with the receiving the entries and stuffs, to lighten the mass of PMs. But I don't think I want to judge << I don't know enough fandoms...

When I searched for the guild, it was the second one though we could do with a little more activity. I looked at the fan fic section, not much being posted there, and some of the fics have things I'm not fond of. Anyways, we should probably try to recruit a third person if Placebo is handing over the reigns.
How about grammar and spelling? I know a lot of the anime fandoms and a few games.

Spelling I'm pretty picky about, but not so much grammar. I truly am just learning about grammar this year...<< the English teachers don't teach us about English any more, they just have us read stories. At least in the younger years. My AP language teacher was appalled that we didn't know the term participle was... Most of us understood the concepts, but ask us what an appositive phrase was, or a cumulative sentence and we'd all just stare blankly.
*coughs* Yeeah...sorry for going off on a tangent.

Back in the days, we learned about the mechanics of grammar. Can't say that I remember all of them, but I believe I subconsciously use them. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind helping with the spelling and grammar so that way the other judges could focus on theme, characters, and plot holes.
I know of someone who's good with grammar and spelling, but she's pretty busy. Other than her, I'm not sure who else to ask.
