"Because.." Her violet eyes turned away as if she was ashamed. "Of my rejection of Sir Aussi, the back as two different weaves." She then gasped as he offered a bowl of soup. Her hands took it carefully as well as the spoon, and slowly she raised up the filled spoon to her red lips, sipping quietly. Sayeh blinked but smiled. She was glad she could be a good escort to him.
Once again he had surprised her with a question she had never recieved before. A thought crossed her mind and her head bowed as her bangs covered over her eyes. "I do like music.. but may I request to be allowed to give you a hug?" She couldn't even look up at him with such a request. It was so much to ask.

''Aussi...This creature did not harm you, after you rejected him, did he?'' The naga's eyes narrowed at the thought of someone hittingthe poor feline. ''If so, he will pay...'' He growled, before looking at Sayeh. ''A...hug?'' His mind rambled for a moment, memories of his past coming back to him. But he decided to let her. If he was harmed, he would use his instincts. ''You may...But only if I am allowed to do the same.'' Cassius eyes narrowed again as he waited for her reply. His body stiffened, he would not hesistate if he needed to fight.

Sayeh looked up at him and she smiled. Itw as teh smile of a girl who had seen her fair share of blows. "Nothing serious at all. And he left me alone when he saw I wouldn't let him have your cloak. So its okay." The dancer seemed fine with it. "But.. I tore the back when I fought to keep it away from him. That is why it is knitted differently. I promise next time I will make the perfect one for you."
When he said that, Sayeh smiled and she nodded to him. The feline tried to restrain herself but it was almost instantanious that she had her arms around him, hugging him as if she was scared. Truthly, she was that he would push her away. From her chest, came a rumble; her purr.

The naga slowly put his arms round her, resting his chin on her shoulder gently. ''Are you sure? Just a flogging, to teach him a lesson in other people's property?'' He whispered, half joking, half wishing he could do just that. ''I don't need another cloak. It's perfect as the way it is. What makes it so special...is because you spent so much time on, it just for me.'' Cassius continued to hug her, listening to the rumbling sound which came from her. ''I must say...if you don't mind...That's a rather loud...rather nice purr you have there.''

Sayeh giggled at his joke smiling brightly as she was not pushed away. Her smile remained as she heard him say he didn't need another. "Anything, for you Cassius. I want nothing more then to make you happy." She blushed brightly when he mentioned her purr. She didn't even realize how loud her purr had been, that she had even begun to purr. She smiled to him a little embarrassed. "Cassius, have you painted anything new recently?"

Blinking as he felt her heart beat almsot right next to his own, he let go of her and leant back. ''I have begun a few...None which deserve a special announcemnt.'' Tha naga murmured as he moved some of his silky hair from his face. ''Have you done anything of late, apart from my beautiful clak? Or was that the only important thing since I have last seen you? He asked thinking to himself, *That would certainly explain her fingers and exhaustion.* He handed her the cup of milk, wondering why she made him so cheerful at times.

The moment he released her Sayeh stood back from him her hands now clasped infront of her. She listened intently and looked at him with those violet eyes now awaken. Her hand reached to take the cup of milk, sipping it as he spoke.
When he asked her about what had she been up to, she let the cup move away from her red lips to answer Cassius. "Well, I wanted to get that cloak done for you as soon as possible. Normally a cloak like that takes me," She thought for a moment, "At least two months if not longer." She then smiled. "So I gave up doing everything else to work on it. That is why it was so important to me that you liked it."

''I see...'' The naga murmured, watching her carefully. ''Tristessa taught me how to play a lute over the weeks you were gone. Maybe I could play for you a little later?'' He offered, feeling a little confused. He shouldn't be like this. He should be in his room, ignoring all and everything. But no. He HAD to go to the shop and be nice to people. Cassius sighed and shook his head, before looking up at her, his scarlet eyes narrowed. 'I have begun a new painting...if you'd like to see it?'' He asked, slowly.

Sayeh smiled brightly, and nodded to him in excitement. She was really curious to hear how a lute sounded. Her violet eyes blinked. "Yes, please." was all she could say. She was worried by the look in his eyes and stared at them, almost searching them for answers that he wouldn't give her. At least that is how she felt.

''I'll play for you later.'' The naga said, staring at her unblinkingly. ''I'll show you my new painting.'' He stood up, and carefully pulled Sayeh to her feet as well, and guided her through another door, down a few brightly decorated hallways, into a room that was painted in shades of dark green. The roof was sloping, and it had a forest sort of smell in it. ''The studio. I come here when I want to paint, but also look outside.'' Cassius gestured to the large window, which showed beautiful views of the surrounding forest. ''It's here.'' Pulling round an easel to face Sayeh, he stopped and waited for her opinion on it. ''I finished it just before you arrived. Do you like it?'' It was a Tree, illuminated by the moon.

The feline allowed him to take her through the doorway, and into the room. The smell as nice and caused her tail to sway lightly. Her violet eyes looked upon the painting and a smile was on her face. "I like this perspective of the moon with the silliouhettes. Its very mysterious." Sayeh glanced up at him curiously. "Is the moon your favorite subject to paint?"

''It can be Sayeh. It really depends how I feel.'' He flicked his hair out of his eyes and sat down on the window ledge, looking out at the garden of the tower. ''When would you like to continue our lessons Sayeh? I am fine if you do not wish to continue, but if you do, I must make sure I am prepared for the things you and I will need.'' His crimson eyes narrowed as he watched a hawk flying through the grey, cloudy sky. ''Hawks...They disgust Me.'' he growled, as he watched the hawk swoop down, ad in full view of the window, tore a small mouse to pieces.

Sayeh's eyes fell to the floor. Her voice was calm. "I would like to continue our lessons and learn more from you if you will allow it, Cassius." When he had mentioned hawks, she gasped and looked up with sad eyes at him, those violet hues seeming to stare at him in almost disbelief. Her face just turned away. "I'm sorry to hear that.." she whispered quietly. "I will make sure to never send my indian luggar hawk here should I need to contact you."
The feline then moved to the window and stared outside of it. "May I ask something of you Cassius?" Her head turned light,y as her long blue hair outlined the side of her face. "Do you find joy in your paintings or are they a mere expression? It is alright with me if you do not wish to answer."

''You may send it to me, as long as it is tame. If it attacks me, it will not return to you. I promise.'' He growled, before looking back at her. ''I will always allow and teach one who wishes to learn.'' He too looked out of the window again, looking at a large pond, in which the scales of large fish could be seen glittering from where they sat inside.
''My paintings...Are both. My paintings are a way to escape for a short time. Like reading. They express me as well. Standing there, concentrating on what you wish to be. It is how I express, and how I find happiness. Although it does not last very long.''

Sayeh smiled to him. "Oh, trust me, he would never harm you. He was the first being to befriend me. If he was to ever to leave my side, and never return.." Her eyes saddened but her smile remained. "I feel I would be very alone in this world."
The dancer twirled around to stare at him intently, her vails flying around her before resting again. "I see. Well, I'm glad they offer even just a moment, happiness to you, Cassius." She then looked at him curiously, her one cat ear twitching lightly. It had an itch. "I'm excited to continue with our lesson. I was curious about them while I was away but I'm happy to see you did not forget me." She smiled brightly.
