So Moren, any progress on the webcomic yet? I have a feeling that it'd be just full of the bizare humor that I love so much, so I'm quite eager to see it smile

Actually, I've written and drawn comics 1-5. I'm going to try to make ten comics before I actually upload them. That, and I have to find out how to get a copyright on my material.

Just sign and date it and put a copywrite disclaimer at the bottom of the page. Intellectual property can be easily protected in that manner. It is possible to officially register your stuff but it costs money and wont be any more effective than simply signing your stuff.

 t's also a good idea to keep a few original drawings, sketches, etc of the finished and unfinished comics safe and undistributed. Should there ever arise a need to prove that you are the creative force behind pictures that are freely distributed, it's handy to be able to produce these kinds of things. You would be suprised just how many people try to fob off someone else's work as their own, and how quick they are to disappear once they're faced with evidentiary-supported forgery claims.
