I plan to own two houses, one in the middle of venice, overlooking the canals. Another in the countryside, near the mountains.

Sure, I can PM you about it later. But right now, the market is kinda crazy. Mainly because of the whole "Donation letters have 3 items!" thing and the Sealed Envelope prices are skyrocketing.
However, since I took advantage of the opportunity (if I play my cards right, I think I just earned 23k in one day, along with 2 Sealed's, all for 5 dollars. xd ) then I should be able to help you in a bit. Just wait for the prices to die down to what they usually are (10-11k) since, knowing the Gaia market, that should only take a few days to happen.
