She took a long drink of her soda before winking, looking to him. I was talking about you of course! she laughed, before frowning. I... don't know how to swim, Miyoko said, looking down.

Hedon frowned and shook his head. "Have you ever tried?", she asked the girl leading her down into his basement.

I have ... well, to an extent, she said, frowning. My family... is typically scared of water, she said with a nod. Mommy is very scared of it, and daddy doesn't like it much.

Hedon shook his head as he lead the girl down stairs into the poolarea. It almost seemed tropical. There was a sand area around the pool with chairs for lounging. Little fish that swam around in the it was obvious no chlorine in it. A mist sprayed from the roof down over a flower bed filled with exotic plants and frogs. The room was tiled in marble and there was a small bar with slushed fruit beverages and drinks.
"Well, this is a different kind of pool", he assured her pulling off his shoes and stickign his feet in the water. "See?", he asked her.

Is... it shallow? Miyoko asked, shivering slightly at the thought of drowning before she wrapped her arms around herself.

"Are you taller than three feet?", he asked the lovely girl with a chuckle as he slid himself in. "See? It's not deep", he assured her wadding around in the cool water.

Yes. I am five foot two, Miyoko said before looking down to her outfit. But I am not dressed for swimming, she continued.

Hedon pulled himself from the water in his dripping clothes and smiled. Hedon whispered a small spell into his palm and then blew it into the air. A small aura of golden glitter surrounded Hedon. In a matter of a few seconds the aura faded and Hedon stood, dryer than ever.

Does that mean you are finished with swimming? Miyoko asked, tilting her head. Or is that implying that I may swim in my dress and you could dry it for me? she asked with a giggle.

It is alright, you can swim if you'd like, Miyoko smiled with a nod. I will have a seat, she said, sitting crosslegged next to the pool.

Hedon shrugged and took a seat next to his friend. "That's okay, it's nice outside of the pool too", he said looking to her.

Miyoko smiled brightly before gently leaning towards the man, resting her head on his shoulder. It is nice in here, without being wet, she said.

Hedon chuckled and pet the girl's hair gently. "I'm glad you decided to come by", Hedon said, pleased with his company.
