Hard decision but Phoebe bit it. Gotta have people die sometimes. Otherwise they'd all end up as allies and that just wouldn't be fair. I think Sailor Io and Sailor Miranda would never allow Phoebe to be an ally.

 This is Sailor NightMare. She is basically Sailor Dream's dark half. I drew her for my cousin. Yes... Sailor NM does have big boobs XP That rose is her weapon... She can stab people with the sharp end, blast enegry from the top and when it opens it sends out a hypnotic wave that puts people to sleep XP

Maybe Karin can be Sailor Nightmare when she uses the pendant?
Oh, and about Tara's attack killing off Phoebe will Araceli's didn't, she was weakened enough from the first attack that it wiped her out.
Sailor Phoebe: I didn't even get to use my second attack...
Sailor Theia: I don't think I've ever attacked...
Sailor Hyperion: My attacks haven't actually done any damage...
Sailor Coeus: Both of my attacks worked. But then I died.
