Mai ripped a longer piece from her shirt and slipped her arms under his to tie it around him. "Doesn't mean I work for them, either, Kellesata." The vampiress tied it gently underneath his wings, hoping the bloodflow would stop soon.

Mai stood and ran her hand along one of Don's wings. The vampiress dropped her the tattered remains of her shirt on his head as she started to walk away. "No problem, Kellesata."

Mai spun neatly on her heel and gestured at herself. "Kellesata. I'm dripping wet and without a shirt, which is now holding together your wounds, and I'm hungry." The small vampiress pushed her wet hair back from her face. "Hun, where do you think I'm going?"

As soon as he started thinking, he turned a bit red. He seemed to have lost the arrogant confidence that he had when he first went into the water. He used his wings to shield himself and smiled like an idiot. "My shirt is over there if you want to use it," he said.

The small vampiress winked at the blushing man and sashayed past him to the rocks where his shirt lay. Grabbing it quickly, Mai slipped it over her head and snuggled into the shirt that was too big for her. "Thanks, Kellesata."
