Raelen smiled and slowly took her seat, scooting in her chair as she looked up at him and purred. "I don't mind at all, and thank you," she said lightly, looking towards her plate with a smile. "Now, you're about to see something special. I'm hungry, and my mannerisms go out the window in the morning," she giggled out.

Byakko pushed her in and smiled as he returned to his own chair, taking a seat and smiled, watching her with an amused appearance on his mascule face. "Oh please by all means go right ahead." He laughed. "After all, all I can make is breakfast!"

Raelen quirked a brow at the amused look, before giving a light shrug and a grin. Without waiting much longer, she began to eat. And as promised, her mannerisms had been pushed aside completely, except for the fact that she never talked with food in her mouth, and never bit off more than she could chew.

Byakko seemed to glow with a joyu as he watched her enjoy the food he prepared, eating it as if it was the last food she would ever see. He began to pick at his, eating small bites here and there. But he ate like a bird. He smiled warmly to her. "I'm glad you like it. I was unsure of what to make really."

Raelen finished her food as quickly as a cat normally did, and sat back, patting her stomach with a content sigh as she finally picked up her napkin and cleaned off her face, letting out a small mewl. "It was delicious, Byakko~ I like your breakfast."

Byakko smiled brightly, his blue eyes were watching her intently. "I'm happy I could make your morning a little more pleasant then usual. From the sounds of it, you aren't much for mornings, like I am." He was a night hawk if anything else. Rising from his chair, his legs pushing it from behind him, he took up her plate and his own to clean them off. "So are we even now for treating one another?" He smiled.

"For now, yes." Raelen purred out with a smile as she slowly stood from her chair and scooted it back in against the table. The feline stretched and gave a small yawn, patting her stomach again. "You cook a delicious breakfast," she added on with a small giggle before making her way to sit down on a couch, closing her eyes.

As Byakko was washing the dishes, he yawned. He was not a morning person at all. But it was worth it as he smiled, thinking of how Raelen was only a room away. He quickened his pace to finish the dishes to hurry back to her side. "So what shall you be up to today?" He asked curiously. "Anything I can join you in?"

"Hmm," the feline thought for a few moments, smiling brightly up towards Byakko. "Well, I was thinking of inviting the boys over, so that we could go out on a picnic. Jeanny's been wanting to go out for a picnic ever since the weather started to warm up a bit. Interested in joining us? I'm sure they'd both love to meet you."

"I would hope to have met them and this is such a nice day out. I would be really happy to tag along if I could? I'm sure they're very nice to you, hopefully." Byakko looked like thoughts were clouding his head. What would they be like? What would they think of him? What would he think of them? There were countless questions.

"Well, I know Jeanny will adore you, and I'm sure that Astaliare will respect you. Everything will be fine," Raelen lightly patted his chest and nodded her head, purring lightly. Of course he was allowed to go with them! She wouldn't exclude her mate, and even if he wasn't her mate, she'd still want him to go.

Byakko kissed her forehead and gave her a light hug. "When are you expecting them?" He would want to fix himself up to look presentable. He still had bedhead with his logn light blue hair looking a mess.

Raelen smiled tenderly at the kiss to her forehead, leaning into him and the light hug. "Sometime within the hour," she murmured lightly with a purr, nuzzling him gently before backing up a bit, so that he could feel free to get ready without having to wait for her to let go.

Byakko smiled at her nuzzles and purrs but then took in what she said. "Within the HOUR?" He gasped. "Oh wow I better get ready then to meet your friends." He seemed a little nervous as he rose and hurried to the bathroom. He would be in there for ten minutes before he came out. His hair was nice and he had washed up, looking fresh and revived. He still seemed alittle nervous however.

Raelen had only smiled when he gasped and hurried off to take a shower. She had busied herself with fixing her casual clothes, going into her bedroom to change into a white button-down shirt and short jean shorts. She didn't bother to mess with her hair, instead she just move out into the living room again, waiting for the boys to arrive.
