DessiDessi41 She shakes her head "I don't put sugar in there.... I use artificial sweeteners like Splenda and Stevia. And I don't put much in there anyway... and then a small splash of milk.... Yum...." "And you do know those sweetners conatin loads of presevatives. Just imagine in twenty years the damage the chemicals do to you. Pure sugar (real pure) is far better than anything in the maerket. And your right Azure Noither coffe or tea is actualy very bad its how much you drink and what you put in it. Most things from nature are very good in moderation thats the key moderation. Its when huamns comsume exsess and start adding chemicals to make it taste better or grow better or preserve it longer that we get into trouble."

"I agree full-heartedly, Dessi. I'll just add this though--what doesn't give me heartburn tonight either!" Azure looked at her soy latte woefully.

"Well I still wanna be around and agrivating in ten years and not have acid reflux or other common gastointsetinal issues that chemicals like artifical sweetners exacerbate/cause."

"Drink nothing but green tea. It'll do all sorts of stuff to prevent bad things." Azure rolled her eyes at herself then. "And don't get carpal tunnel, lactose intolerance, or a wheat allergy."

"Hmm... I'd rather be allergic to latex than wheat. You have to check the label of everything you buy, and then put MOST of what you want back on the shelf."

"Try fidning a banthing suit or underwear or a bra or even somehting as simple as socks with a latex allergy. Im not just talking condems or latex exam gloves. Im talking latex is in most everthing in some form or another. Bandaids rubber baneds (some kinds) eraisers clothing of all sorts even some plastic bottles have latex in them to help brevent breakage from dropping. I literaly live in scrubs because it one of the few kinds of clothing that contains no latex and Im not a doctor/nurse/registerd health care professinal. Bed sheets often have small traces of latex especialy the fitted sheets theres wall paint and carpet fibers. I cant evne walk around my home with out shoes or socks on unless I want my feet to get blisters from the latex."

`"Its oki Im used to it its gotten worse as Ive gotten older but its like most allergies once you knwo what it is you know how to avoide it. Like if I want to run arround barefoot I have to go wash my feet ever few hours to brevent them from itching and prevent myskin fomr breaking out. Or my bras I have to coat the inner bands with clear nail polish and then they dont bother me. "

"I'm allergic to peanut butter. My family's stopped eating nuts in general, because there are so many few nuts my mom can eat because she's so allergic, but she can eat peanuts, and I can eat all the nuts that she can't. I can smell peanut butter a mile away. I can really smell it on people's breaths after they've eaten even a little...."

If anyone brought anything with peanut butter in her room, she'd make them go outside and throw it away somewhere.

We're not alowed to have food or drink outside of lunch.... which I personaly don't agree with, because if student is hungry, and it's nowhere near lunch or the end of the day, their brain is going to start shutting down and they're not going to be able to focus on anything they're doing... it's happened to me a couple of times...
