((Bleh, Raine's coming right out in th eopen. :3))
Raine began to move again. The more she moved, the more warmth was availible to her. Keeping her head low, Raine eventually, too, came across voices. And one of them, she knew exactly. "Durithi--" She began to say his name, but stopped in mid-scentence. The sound of leaves being crushed beneath her feet was easily detected, but she hadn't cared.
Once emerging into the small clearing, Raine felt surprisingly vulnerable. Though, the trees were blocking the wind. The head of the council now simply stood, frozen. Though her face was covered by the hood of her cloak, her purple, almost black hair fell from within. That was what gave her away. Not a word was spoken, until-- "Duirthill.." She called his name... Why were there so many people surrounding him? There was two in sight, little did she know of the two hidden within the woods. "Why did you..--" Sherio cut herself short. She couldn't say anything that she wanted. Not now..

Adromelek watches as the one known as Raine walked into the open, a foolish move in his opinion. He ducked low at removed the clasps holding his knives inside their sheathes. He stood in the crouched position, ready for anything.

"Raine!" Durithill said in a surprised voice. "You came back? Why?" he said, turning towards her.

He was reborn instantely into his own body but not his memories; interesting. Before Nargarensis could answer a new person named Raine appeared. He growled to himself, Damn! How many people know how to find this place?

Her eyes stared at Durithill for mere moments before turning to the other two people near him. "I..." She started, "I need to ask you a few things..." She said, allowing her arms to fall to her sides. "If it's alright..." She said, but Raine's azure hues said otherwise. Her eyes fell to the man crouching on the ground, his weapons ready. "..." She said nothing to him, but he had...'frightened' her, ever so slightly. "If I'm not disturbing you, that is."
Veronica peered around the tree once she haid heard a woman's voice. /She/ came back? Damn, is she persistant... But she was sheilded by the shadows, still. Veronica wasn't that careless. And who are these.. people? This is confusing... She thought, now crounching down, soundlessly.

"Of course it's alright Raine!" Durithill said with the aor of one explaining the obvious. "Come, we can talk privatly in the Forbidden Realm." he said, and he opened a portal for Raine. "I'm sorry all, but I must bid you adieu."

Adromelek nods, believeing that Durithill may have known he was there. There was little doubt, he could feel the kind of power that demon held in reign.

Nargarensis couldn't take it any more. "ENOUGH!!" He yelled as he swung his arms out and shot out bone spikes toward the remaining figures hiding in the brush and trees.
Nargarensis could fell the bile in his stomach thrashing about. "I am sick of all of this sneaking around and interruptions! Show yourselves now before I have to force you out." He started to extrude several spike-like bones from his arms to use as spears if need be.

Blinking out of confusion for a moment, Raine nodded and obeyed. Was he completely different now? Or was it just.. her? He seemed.. oddly 'happy', but more 'surprised'. "Alright.." She said as she stepped through the portal.
Veronica ducked down for the bones to bypass her, reamining hidden until..--"Woah, woah. --Wait!" Vampire popped out from behind the foilage, waving her hands about. "I don't think so! You're not going anywhere, sir!" She commanded, withdrawing her scythe. She was hunting him down for a reason... Not to offer him a partnership deal... like everyone else had been, but to do what she was born to do. Hunt down demons.

The blow had missed him by far, though the guess to his position was good. He projected his voice on a gust of warm, desert wind that suddenly engulfed the copse starting from across from where he was. 'You would threaten those you cannot see? You threaten those who would harm you only in return for harm done? I do not wish water spilled, but you incite violence.' He walks out of the brush, knives drawn.

"Sorry Veronica, but I don't have time to deal with demon-hunters." he said with a fake laugh. He then walked through the portal and disappeared as it closed behind him.

"No!" Nargarensis ran to where the portal was and slammed his fist into the ground. He looked back over his shoulder with a glaring hatred. He stood up and faced them and took a moment to calm down. After the moment had passed he began to speak, "So who are you and why are you here?"

'I am the call of the cicada, the dust devil, and thisting sun. I travel on the desert wind wherever it wishes to go.' He shrugs lightly, telling him a half-truth and yet a complete one. He didn't seem to be in a fighting stance, just wielding the knives. A lie though, the Bedwine blade style could be left loose and still be effective.
