By far the coolest LOOKing justsu is his Raikiri (Lightning Blade) although in my opinion the coolest technique he has is his time/space Mangekyo Sharingan.

Thousand years of death for extreme funniness, and Lightning Blade for just sheer excellence.
Lightning blade is pretty damn strong plus it looks cool and is kakashi's only original jutsu.

really hard to say but i like the summoning jutsu cos i mean he has a 'original' cos i haven't seen anyone else using the summoning techneque and summon tracking dogs. Plus they look like a group of GANGSTAS!1 rofl
