Looks good to me, although you ought to know, I'm pretty sure that Ichigo is around 12 or 13, soo... yeah.
Although the attack doesn't have Ribbon anywhere in it, your character Is male, so I understand.
Now we wait for Suki's comments...

Bio:Is the third youngest out of 5 kids, in her family. Lives with one of her younger sister, and brother. Mom, and dad are usally away, but they can take care of them selfs.
Even though she is an enemy, of the mews, she is still nice to them(in regular form), and hope they won't find out /she/ is the one attacking them all of the time. Wishes one day, she and the mews will all get along, in transformation form, so she won't have to kept that a secert.Edit: I changed/ added things. Hope this is better.

Umm........ You don't have to create a new character, you just need to include/change a few things that I saw:
1 -DNA color isn't really the important thing here. It's more what the DNA actually is. Your character's actual color doesn't have to be the same color as the DNA, and you didn't even include what the accual animal was...
2 - The name and Mew name of the characters are the same. Since your character's name is Cho, she should be Mew Cho. Alternatively, you could change her name to being Chiro.
3 - Mews have named attacks. Even if it isn't said when they attack (Really, why would someone need to say that they are going to slash a sword...), it's still named. You didn't even give an attack, which is something that was in the original form given...
Speaking about the original form given, I don't believe that you used that (I'm really too lazy to check), but other than the stuff mentioned above, the only missing thing is the Henshin Phrase, and THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT.
You just have to wait for the Commentary from Suki now...

Her henshin phrase is "Mew Mew Grape, Metamorphosis" but her name is Cho. So, you would have to make it "Mew Mew Cho, Metamorphosis" or change her name to grape. Which isn't an option because I think we already have a Mew Grape.
